You can spawn the Murder Monkeys and the Grem Clowns in all levels, but you can spawn Agatha only in Deadly decadence and Elementary evil. The Gold Watchers and the Dread Duckies can only be spawned in their levels.

It's a glitch that can happen even on the normal version of the level. If you're stunned and another Dread Ducky gets you, it might glitch out the jumpscare.

The Google It's only because Glowstick Entertainment found a new way to make jumpscares without any bugs happening since the Murder Monkeys, Agatha, including Malak, all have dark backgrounds that don’t take place on the map because they were placed in such small spaces, so there would no room in a hallway for them to have a jumpscare based on the map.

By the way, don't just spam purple ring barriers and red speed boost barriers were the monsters and soul shards are, it would have been easier if chapter 4 had already released and then you would get telekinesis to magnetically collect the soul shards. And you can get easily killed by an enemy that has caught you in a dead end or if its standing right next to a barrier.
