It takes a Community to prevent Elder Abuse

The ninth purple lilac bush was planted in just as many years in recognition of World Elder Abuse Awareness Week. The abuse comes in many forms and is often left unreported. There's a coordinated effort to provide help to the victims in Cochrane, Alberta.
