You need bee polen in your life 💪😇 I wake up to a glass of water, then I'll chew a pinch of pee polen for a few minutes and wash it down with orange juice and a couple eggs . Please look up the benefits of bee polen being chewd , The mouth pores absorb most of the minerals and vitamins that will be lost if just swallowed by the acids in the stomach , just a WARNING ⚠️ start with a small pinch and every week add a little more , one friend that ran marathons tried chewing a spoon full and almost fainted 🤯 it's also good in milkshakes 😋 you could start with half a spoon in milkshakes and work up to a full spoon .
