Hi Tom, everytime you tear down something old and dilapidated, and put up something shiny and new, I'm all in and running to my laptop everytime a new video is due to appear. I am loving the new parlour build and I am not disappointed to see another area that has a planned makeover. My excitement is growing to see the cows come into the parlour for the first time! particularly for Luke's smile and relief of not using the Bale anymore. If only there was an efficient cow nappy system that would keep the parlour clean while they were being milked lol

Hi Tom. Almost there. Is there an auto-lock that prevents washing water getting in the bulk tank? And a lock that prevents milk going down the drain because something hasn't been switched over? Never did the former but did to the latter once (first milking on a new farm!). Used to have nightmares about those two!.

Tom I put in pump just like the one you are putting in it is a little bit loud but extremely quiet compared to the old ones and when it is at its loudest it is when all the cows are milking which is when you are in the pit not near it at all Personally I would put the pump in the area you said you were going to bulldoze out of it

it’s looking so good. But I’m really anxious to see it working full. Force cows are gonna love it the colors are soft and they like soft they like soft music too. 30ish year ago I used to do home deliveries for Comet and went to a farm (a long established dairy farm),with a fridge freezer. We used to take the old appliance away and this time around it was a very old, very heavy fridge that was originally used on the farm. It was that heavy the motor/compressor had been removed from the cabinet but both still weighed a tonne. I struggled to get them onto the tail lift of the 7'5 tonner we used. The tail lift was rated at 1500kg but when I hit the lift button snapped a chain. How the hell I moved it on a sack barrow is a total mystery as I weigh less than 10 stone.
