Hello thank U for your video. Ordinarily I do not click on Buddhism videos as I have spent my whole life trying to follow the teachings of Jesus. The last few years however I have become very depressed with meeting people around me even those in the churches I find are so self absorbed & self righteous. I have now become very isolated & although I hold no grudges or bad feelings towards anyone I find it difficult to communicate as I don't feel I come up to their standard. Looking at this video has made me evaluate my past connections and you are so correct many of my contacts have taught me some hard lessons in life. Trouble is I am past 60 now & don't really want to suffer any more so I guess it's best to stay alone at least it will reduce the karmic load for whatever lies beyond this life! I shall watch more. Kind regards

Hello, and thank you for reaching out with your heartfelt message. It's a big step to explore new perspectives, especially when you have a strong foundation in another belief system like the teachings of Jesus. It's understandable that feeling disconnected from those around you, even in a church setting, can lead to feelings of isolation and depression. Your willingness to reflect on your past connections and the lessons they've brought is a sign of your openness and introspective nature. Remember, every journey, including ours with faith and relationships, is unique and filled with its own set of challenges. It's okay to feel that you need a space away from complex relationships, especially if it brings you peace. However, consider that isolation doesn't necessarily have to be the path to reduce life's difficulties. Sometimes, even small, positive interactions can bring unexpected joy and lessen the weight of our experiences. It's never too late to find new connections or to rediscover the joy in old ones, even if it's just in small ways. Each person's path is different, and it's okay to take things at your own pace. You've taken a brave step by watching this video and reflecting on its message. If our video has brought you any comfort or new insights, then we are truly grateful. We welcome you to continue exploring with us, and perhaps find new ways to connect with others that align with your journey and bring you peace. Thank you again for watching and for your kind regards. We're here to share and learn together in the 'Wisdom in Real Life' community.

Budhism, Christianity or Hinduism. It does not matter as long as they teach us how to live a peaceful life. Everyone wants peace but get entangled with the material world and get distanced from it. Your change is good even if 60. I am 68 and has gone thru this change since 2 years. A lot of hurt can be removed. If there is intent, ego is shed, then life could be peaceful.

Absolutely right! 🌟 Your comment captures the essence of what we've discussed in our video. The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly - each experience, no matter its nature, holds valuable lessons for us. The good times bring joy and remind us of the beauty in life, the bad times test our resilience and teach us about our strengths, and the ugly times, though challenging, often provide the deepest insights and opportunities for growth. Embracing all these experiences allows us to develop a well-rounded perspective on life and helps us grow in ways we never thought possible. Thank you for sharing this insightful thought! Your ability to see the learning opportunity in every situation is inspiring. Keep embracing all that life has to offer! 🙌💚

Maybe synchronized… I was just planning on putting my narcissistic parents on social media for the physical beatings with objects like bats, bowling balls, milk gallons and mental abuse. They present themselves to the world as good people. I’ve tried to commit suicide 3 times. Last time I bit my veins off my left wrist. They too keep reminding me to focus on good words, good actions, good thoughts will produce good experiences. I am mid divorce from an abuser who is with a 18 ur old refusing to pay court order child support and called my son trash 4 months ago on his 11th bday. I am homeless tomorrow at midnight and found a shelter near skid row. This is the 3rd school in less than a year. No man has ever loved me without beating me, father being the first. My mother called me and everyone a hore, she still claims to be my victim even though at 15 she would drag me feet on the floor by my hair. For 30 years I wear my hair in a bun because I hate my hair and if it makes a man sexual I am a hore. I do not feel it’s right for me to try suicide in silence for a 4th time. My father lives in a mansion with a pool and acres, Tomorrow I will be living on skid row, it’s a shelter there but my son still needs to live and walk to school in that area. Now your message… that I should remain silent and continue to suffer in silence? How can I have good thoughts when I attract abusers? When do I have a chance to stand up for my truth? I had good thoughts. I sacrificed everything to help my ex get off drugs and drug dealing and work for FedEx and gave him loyalty and a son. Now he brags he is buying the 18 yr old a house and car. He had the bank take our car. I walk 2 1-2 hours back home after work carrying 20-30lb trays at Sheraton. Last he yelled at me before I left 2 years ago ‘wetbak, I dommed you’. At 6 yrs old I felt ashamed of existing, still to this day. Did I not have good thoughts at 6? To be abused and silenced is what caused my 3 suicides. Now I have to be quiet and they get to live in mansions and I’m on skid row? Did they have good thoughts and words and actions and they got good results in life? Living on skid row will prob affect me. I love the homeless (as I am one of them) and feed them as I have no family.. well a large family but they distance themselves from me. My life here ment nothing to anyone but only to my son. That’s why I walk 2 1/2 hours after work because busses stop at midnight. All the physical abuse left me with a fearful energy. I believed outting their abuse and the truth would liberate me. But I see this… so I will listen. I will continue to not complain and take it like a good girl, not a complaining whore, whores have no right to complain. My only option is to buck up and accept I have no family and raise my son in skid row. My family says I deserve it because I am weak, too sensitive and can’t handle life. This is a long message. To myself maybe.. After re reading it, I sound like a complaining loser like my family says. I am a licensed realtor in Va but my ex was too jealous to let me work with men without him working with me. He said a husband wife power team. Now I get weekly therapy from county social services for dv for my son & myself. They are putting us in a shelter. I’ve always thought I was a good person with good intentions. I feel like I’ve been crucified like Jesus. Sounds extreme but I truly cannot figure out how I fit in this world. Nothing makes sense, humans don’t make sense to me. Their egos and ego desires make no sense to me. I am eager to die to leave this confusion. My son is wonderful, I am trying to keep alive for as long as possible for him. I will attempt at a paralegal license here in Ca. I am realtor licensed in Va. I filed for divorce 3 times from same man but he hires expensive immigration attorneys and I don’t want to lose my son through deportation. He has been a mercenary in my life. All I have is trauma memories. I am attempting to healed my life and improved it. I’m so sorry if I sound like a loser and trash like my ex called me and my son on his 11th bday 4 months ago. I have no one but pain. My family says I deserve it, I still don’t believe I caused me to lose memory between ages 8-14. I meditate early morning everyday for 14 years now. Am I doing it wrong? Will I die on skid row? Is that my karma? Is that finally what they wanted? Am I trash? They will only be vindicated when I die like the trash they said I was. My father and mother called me a hore, my ex said I couldn’t wear anything showing my legs no matter if it reached 110° because men were looking. At this point I hate all men and now can’t make relationships with women because of my mother also calling me hore at 15 when I was a virgin, lost virginity at 26. Is everyone a hore? I do not want my son to continue this legacy. I will not out them on social media. It will only make things worse. Again I’m sorry for this burdensome ugly admission of my life.. it helps no one. I must have bad karma.. but I can’t figure out why or how was I supposed to avoid it? I lost my virginity at 26. What more did they want? I dated and even lived with men totally celibate. I had a few long term sexual relationships but was 7 years celibate before meeting husband. Also I had never experienced many things like oral sex and I thought he would think that was special. Only to be called hore 13 years. Last he yelled at me he also told my son I loved double penetration and he was proud of his sexual experiences with men. That’s last I could take and haven’t seen him since. I filed protective order that was denied after he chased us accross two county lines with two separate police departments chasing. When you see people on skid row… please don’t blame all of us for not having good thoughts or words. Most of us are there because our abusers are living in mansions without any remorse. I was listening to this as every morning I listen to Allen Watts, Sadhguru and many other life meditating lectures. Writing this long has actually helped me let go of the pain. I know no one here in Ca, just me and my 11 year old. But it sounds strange but I feel loved. Maybe just writing this here was enough. I hope I didn’t ruin anyone’s vibe/energy with the embarrassment of my life. I wished I’d been guided or loved but who am I when mothers holding babies are being killed in Palestine. Again I’m sorry to dump this here when others are looking to feel good vibes. No one will probably read this. I am also extremely insecure of people laughing at me as my grandfather used to like to trip me and grin on top of me. Would belt us if we didn’t carry our handkerchiefs. He would torture me that my mother didn’t love me and left me for America. My mother said she came here for me.. so I could enjoy the American dream. I am grateful to both of them for the good things but the bad still haunts me. I feel much better now. I won’t out them. It will only hurt me and my son. I will let it be. My parents tried their best. I don’t believe anyone does things on purpose. Not even killers. My husband tried to teach me to never leave him by tearing my shirt off and attempting to rape me. Then he cried, I cried with him and held him. I knew what an abusive horrible life he had. We cried together on the floor after he dragged me down the steps and landed on the bottom. I loved him and only wanted him to heal and be a happy man. He has, he took all our property and brags he has 4-5 grand in monthly bills to my son but can’t pay child support. Using a court app he messaged me that Jesus rewarded him with a virgin because I was a ‘dark entity’. He described seeing her hymen break and he wanted to give me closure at the same time. I now realize there really are narcissists out there that will never change due to being so broken themselves. Outting them does nothing but causes more chaos. I am grateful we are away from him. Please pray for my son, I am trash, but he is not. I chose wrong but he did not. I allowed the confusion to ruin my life but he did not. I allowed others to abuse me but he did not. He even tried to stand up for me against his father at just 11 four months ago on his bday, only insults and again no gift. He also denied him a christmas gift. My son is hurting crying for me to take his father back so he can live him again. I feel wrecked inside I can’t stop his mental abuse. I am grateful for him leaving us alone finally. If you read this please send my son Good Blessings. His name is Rakaisha. Ty for this video. It helped me not post on social media about my families secrets. It would vindicate me but destroy their reputations. What good would come out of that? Nothing. This long message and listening to this vid has given me clarity to not out them. For that I am grateful. I will now make a new life, a new reality for myself and my son. Ty, and again excuse this long confused tedious comment. Please pray for my sons safety living on skid row. My beautiful sons name is Rakaisha’ Hare Krishna~

Thank you for sharing your perspective with us. It's interesting to hear that you've reached a point where you feel you've achieved a sense of perfection and completeness in your life, leading you to be cautious about new influences that might disrupt that balance. 🤗 Finding stability and a sense of fulfillment in one's life is indeed an admirable achievement. It's important, though, to remember that life is inherently dynamic, and change, whether through new people or experiences, can sometimes offer unexpected opportunities for growth and enrichment, even when we feel we've reached our peak. Of course, maintaining one's peace and stability is crucial, and it's wise to be selective about the energies and influences we allow into our lives. It's all about finding the right balance that works for you, allowing for both preservation of your current state of fulfillment and openness to potential positive growth and learning opportunities. We appreciate you being a part of the 'Wisdom in Real Life' community and sharing your unique viewpoint. May your journey continue to be one of peace, fulfillment, and mindful choices. 🌟

Buddhism teaches us whether it is happiness or hope, they all come from our own heart. All our likes and worries are contained in our thoughts. Transforming our karma doesn’t mean becomes a different person; it means establishing an inner state of supreme happiness, just as we are.

Thank you for sharing such a profound insight from Buddhist teachings. 🌸 You've beautifully articulated the essence of Buddhism - that happiness, hope, and even our worries originate from within our own hearts and minds. This perspective empowers us to understand that our internal state plays a crucial role in our experience of life. The concept of transforming our karma, as you mentioned, is indeed not about changing who we are fundamentally but about cultivating an inner state of supreme happiness and peace. It's about finding balance and contentment within ourselves, regardless of external circumstances. Your interpretation highlights the journey of self-awareness and inner transformation that Buddhism encourages. It's a journey of understanding our thoughts and emotions and learning to navigate them towards a more positive and fulfilling state of being. It's inspiring to see such thoughtful engagement with these teachings. Your comment adds depth to our discussion and serves as a reminder of the power we hold within ourselves to shape our experiences and our lives. 🙏💫 Thank you for being a part of this enlightening conversation and for bringing such wisdom to our community.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. It's indeed a challenging reality that some relationships can start positively but later reveal unhealthy or harmful dynamics. Encountering such situations can be incredibly difficult and often leaves a lasting impact. It's important to remember that everyone's capacity for love and understanding can vary, and unfortunately, not all interactions lead to positive experiences. Navigating relationships where someone's behavior drastically changes, especially towards harmful tendencies, can be tough and emotionally taxing. If you or someone you know has faced such situations, it's crucial to seek support, whether it's from friends, family, or professionals. Understanding, setting, and maintaining healthy boundaries are key to protecting one's well-being. Your comment highlights the complex nature of human relationships and the importance of awareness and self-care. Please know that your experiences and insights are valuable, and taking care of your emotional and mental health is paramount. We hope our content can offer some guidance and support. I seen him as a mirror and learned from him, both his good qualities and forgave his bad . Thanks you to you all for your comments and thank you for the video. Am I still connected to my LOVE that at 48 years old. He was my soulmate, we had first been together when we were young teens twenties. Over the years we would always reconnect not for long but enough that I always knew we belonged together. Fast forward 30 years and we both wanted to be together until our end. The connection was electric and we finished each other’s sentences. Our mannerisms were exact the way we thought identical. On November 14, 2023 @ 6 in the morning my baby collapsed on on the laundry room floor of cardiac arrest. My boy was gone, and I believe all he taught me at the end of his life was for reason. Because of what I’m going through now is heavy, Mario is giving me my voice and to remain calm not to get emotional, my ex locked me out of my house took my vehicle and all these stresses were too much for Mario

Thank you for sharing such a personal and intriguing experience with us. It's fascinating how certain encounters, even those with minimal initial interaction, can leave a profound impression and evoke a deep sense of familiarity or significance. The feeling of being 'supposed to know' someone can indeed be puzzling and thought-provoking. It sounds like this particular interaction has led you to a significant personal insight about how you approach conversations and connections with others. While it's unfortunate that you no longer talk, it's insightful that you've identified a lesson in the experience. Learning when and how to engage with people is a valuable skill, and sometimes, it's through these unexpected and even short-lived connections that we come to understand our boundaries and preferences more clearly. It's important to trust your instincts and feelings in your interactions but also to remain open to the potential growth and learning that can come from connecting with others. Finding that balance is a personal journey and can change over time as we learn and grow. We appreciate you being part of the 'Wisdom in Real Life' community and opening up about your experience. There’s just two kinds of person who come and go into our lives, those that makes us happy and those that teaches us lessons in life. Gautama Buddha

Thank you for sharing this insightful perspective, which beautifully encapsulates one of the core teachings of Gautama Buddha and many spiritual traditions. Indeed, the simplicity of categorizing the people who come into our lives as either sources of happiness or teachers of valuable lessons offers a profound way to view our interactions and experiences. 🌼 It's a reminder that every person we encounter, regardless of the nature of our relationship with them, contributes to our journey in meaningful ways. Those who bring us joy enrich our lives with moments of happiness and contentment, while those who challenge us or bring difficulties help us grow, learn, and become stronger and wiser individuals. This perspective encourages us to embrace all relationships with openness and gratitude, recognizing the value and purpose each one holds. Even when it's not immediately apparent, there's something to be gained from every interaction, shaping us into who we are meant to be. Thank you for invoking the wisdom of Gautama Buddha and for being part of our 'Wisdom in Real Life' community. Compassion for people is hard because of the obstacle of selfishness which is the true test of selflessness which is what makes it so hard... One of those easier said than done things..
@wisdominreallife
@wisdominreallife 4 ай бұрын
Thank you for your honest and thoughtful comment. You've touched on a very profound aspect of human nature - the challenge of overcoming selfishness to practice true compassion. Indeed, it's often easier said than done, as true selflessness requires a deep understanding and often a significant shift in perspective. The journey towards genuine compassion can indeed be a test of our ability to put aside our own needs and desires to truly empathize and care for others. It's a journey that involves continuous self-reflection and effort. Each small step towards being less self-centered and more understanding and caring towards others is significant. Remember, it's a gradual process, and being aware of the obstacle of selfishness is, in itself, a big step forward. Each moment we choose compassion over selfishness, no matter how small, is a victory and a step towards becoming more empathetic and kind-hearted individuals. Your willingness to acknowledge and discuss this challenge is commendable and an essential part of personal growth. Keep striving, and be patient with yourself on this journey. We're all learning and growing, and it's through these challenges that we can find deeper meaning and satisfaction in our relationships and lives. 🌟

@wisdominreallife 4 ай бұрын
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and raising such a profound question. The idea that each person we meet teaches us a lesson can indeed be complex, especially when considering tragic circumstances like those experienced by victims of violence. It's important to approach these situations with sensitivity and understanding. Your perspective on past life debts and the concept of repaying through encounters in this life brings in a deeper level of spiritual interpretation, which is a significant aspect for many people in understanding life's events. This viewpoint aligns with certain beliefs about karma and spiritual journeys across lifetimes. Forgiveness, as you mentioned, is indeed a powerful and essential part of healing and moving forward, both for individuals and within relationships. It can be incredibly challenging, especially in the face of great wrongs, but it often serves as a crucial step in the journey of healing and personal growth. Your comment highlights the diversity of ways in which we can interpret and find meaning in the events and encounters of our lives. Each person's path to understanding these experiences can be deeply personal and unique. It's discussions like these that enrich our collective understanding and compassion. 🌟

@wisdominreallife
@wisdominreallife 5 ай бұрын
Thank you for your insightful comment. You've touched on a very relatable aspect of human relationships. Indeed, the people we encounter in our lives, whether they bring joy or sadness, often hold a special significance. Sometimes, these individuals are from our past, and they can evoke a wide range of emotions, including nostalgia, happiness, and even sorrow. As we discussed in the video, every person we meet, and every experience we have with them, contributes to our life's journey in some way. The happy memories remind us of the good times and the joy that relationships can bring. On the other hand, the sad memories, while painful, can also be valuable. They can teach us important lessons about ourselves, help us grow, and sometimes even guide us towards making positive changes in our lives. Your observation highlights the complex nature of human connections. It's a reminder that each encounter, regardless of its emotional impact, is a part of our story and shapes who we are. Embracing both the happiness and the sadness they bring can lead to a deeper understanding and appreciation of our life's journey. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and for being a part of our 'Wisdom in Real Life' community. Your reflections contribute to our understanding of the profound impact of our relationships.

I've read a lot on Buddhism and there's much that can be learned. However, the teachings on reincarnation make little sense to me. As a matter of fact, every belief system that deals with the topic does so in the same way. You remember nothing from previous lives but somehow you, intuitively, remembers lessons learned. And the excuse is always the same, that you don't want to remember someone who's done you wrong bc you'll want revenge. And this whole thing about people coming into your life for a purpose, well, you have to back your claim with some evidence. Most people come into your life bc they want something from you they can profit from. Once they get what they want they ghost.
@wisdominreallife
@wisdominreallife 2 ай бұрын
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and engaging with the complex concepts within Buddhism and other belief systems. Your skepticism and desire for a deeper understanding of topics like reincarnation and the purpose behind our encounters with others highlight the importance of critical thinking in spiritual exploration. 🌟 It's true that the concept of reincarnation, with its nuances of not remembering past lives yet carrying forward lessons learned, can be challenging to grasp, especially from a logical standpoint. These teachings often require a leap of faith and are usually interpreted through the lens of metaphorical or spiritual understanding rather than empirical evidence. Regarding your observation about the nature of human interactions, it's an unfortunate reality that some relationships are indeed transactional, with individuals seeking personal gain. However, many believe that even these encounters hold lessons for us, perhaps about discernment, self-respect, or the value of genuine connections. The idea that people come into our life for a purpose doesn't necessarily negate the presence of less altruistic motivations but suggests that there can still be something valuable to learn from every interaction, whether it's a reflection of our own needs, boundaries, or values. We appreciate your call for evidence and understand that spiritual concepts often reside more in the realm of personal belief and experience than in empirical proof. Engaging with these ideas critically and seeking your own truths is a vital part of the journey. Thank you for being part of the 'Wisdom in Real Life' community and for stimulating such an important discussion. Your perspective adds depth to our collective exploration of life's mysteries. 🙏

@wisdominreallife
@wisdominreallife 4 ай бұрын
Thank you for sharing your experience, and I'm sorry to hear that your encounters in Dallas have been challenging. It can be really tough when our interactions with others seem to impact us negatively. Remember, though, that even difficult experiences can eventually lead to important lessons about resilience, boundaries, and self-care. It's understandable to feel changed by tough experiences, but it's also possible to find growth and learning in these situations. Sometimes, the hardest encounters teach us the most about ourselves and what we truly value. If you're finding that these experiences are leading to feelings of hate, it might be helpful to explore these feelings more deeply, perhaps with a trusted friend, a counselor, or through personal reflection. Understanding the root of these feelings can often lead to greater self-awareness and healing. Please know that every chapter in our life contributes to our growth, even the tough ones. I hope that you find peace and a path to positive change. We're all on a journey, and sometimes the road takes unexpected turns, but there's always a chance for a new direction and a fresh start. 🌟

Thank you for opening up about your struggles with self-connection. It sounds like you have a natural empathy for others, effortlessly understanding and empathizing with their feelings. While this is a beautiful quality, it's also essential to nurture that same compassion and understanding towards yourself. 🌿 It's not uncommon to find it easier to connect with others than with oneself, especially for those who are naturally empathetic. However, self-connection is crucial for personal well-being and growth. It can indeed be challenging, but it's a journey worth taking. Remember, connecting with oneself is a process, and it's okay to find it difficult at times. It might help to start small, with moments of mindfulness or activities that allow you to explore your own thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgmental space. Therapy, meditation, journaling, or simply spending quiet time in nature can be powerful tools in this journey. We're here to support you at 'Wisdom in Real Life.' You're not alone in feeling this way, and we commend you for recognizing this challenge and being willing to work on it. Each step you take towards self-connection is a step towards a deeper, more fulfilling relationship with yourself. Thank you for being part of our community and for sharing your experience. We believe in you and your ability to forge a strong, loving connection with yourself. 💖😫

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and personal experiences with us. It sounds like you are facing a challenging situation, and it's admirable that you are standing firm in your beliefs and understanding of your life's truth. Your commitment to what you believe is right for you and your refusal to accept anything less is a powerful testament to your faith and self-awareness. Knowing the truth about your own life and what you need and deserve is crucial in navigating life's complexities. While it's important to stay true to your beliefs, it might also be beneficial to seek support or counsel if you find yourself in a situation where your well-being or happiness is at risk. Whether it's through spiritual leaders, trusted friends, or professional help, having a support system can provide additional strength and guidance. I think this is a "Westernized versions" of Buddha Teaching..The Real Buddhism ☸️ Teachings are to be mindful of your Thoughts since they are the most important part of Buddhism ☸️ Teachings due to from Thoughts arrived actions and speech according to individual's situations..Buddhism Teachings also emphasizes on not to considered your constant changes of feelings as a definitely description of who you are since feelings are the combination of the external events that happened around you with your personal points of views and these 2 things are changing as if we are inhaling and exhaling..Buddhism Teachings are concentrating on the realizations of WHO U R, and WHO U R isn't the physical forms that you are calling man, woman, 🔠 names 🔢 year's of ages..Buddhism Teachings are very deep and highly intelligent not any average person can understand since Buddha Teachings are taught mostly thru metaphorically more than straight talks..Please do verify these information with elderly Buddhist Venerable Master's from Asia for accuracy..Thank you..

Thank you for your thoughtful and insightful comment. 🙏 You're absolutely right in highlighting the depth and complexity of traditional Buddhist teachings. Buddhism, with its rich and profound philosophy, indeed emphasizes mindfulness of thoughts, as they are the seeds from which actions and speech grow. The teachings about the nature of feelings and the realization of our true selves beyond physical forms are central to understanding the core of Buddhism. Your perspective on the transient nature of feelings and the importance of self-realization is a valuable reminder of the depth of Buddhist wisdom. We appreciate your suggestion to seek further understanding and verification from experienced Buddhist masters. Our aim is to make these teachings accessible and relatable to a broad audience, and we recognize that this sometimes means presenting them in a way that may differ from traditional interpretations. We're grateful for viewers like you who can provide deeper insights and encourage a richer understanding of these teachings. Your input is invaluable and helps us all grow in our journey of learning and understanding. Thank you again for your contribution and for being a part of our community. ☸️💡

What about people who don’t meet very many others? People who are private and have very few family and friends?
@wisdominreallife
@wisdominreallife 4 ай бұрын
Thank you for bringing up this important point. It's true that not everyone has a wide circle of social interactions, and for those who are more private or have fewer family and friends, their experiences with people can still be deeply meaningful. Quality often matters more than quantity when it comes to relationships. Even a few meaningful connections can offer significant insights and opportunities for growth. Each interaction, no matter how small or infrequent, can still teach us something valuable about ourselves and the world around us. For those who are more private, the depth of a few close relationships can be incredibly profound. Sometimes, it’s these deeper, more intimate connections that provide the most significant lessons and moments of self-discovery. Also, self-reflection and solitude can be equally powerful in understanding oneself and finding wisdom. Buddhism teaches that introspection and mindfulness are key in discovering our true nature and finding peace. Your comment highlights that everyone’s journey is unique, and each path offers its own valuable experiences and lessons. Whether one has many acquaintances or just a few close ones, each person's journey is important and full of potential for personal growth and understanding. 🌟

Thank you for sharing your personal experiences and reflections with such honesty. It sounds like you've had some challenging relationships that have led to deep self-discovery and understanding, albeit through difficult circumstances. Recognizing patterns in the types of people we attract and understanding our role in these dynamics can be both enlightening and hard. Your insight into adjusting how empathetic you are with everyone you meet is a significant realization. It's important to protect your emotional well-being, and setting boundaries is a crucial part of that, especially when dealing with individuals who may not appreciate the depth of your empathy. Being trauma bonded to someone, especially at a stage in life when you're reflecting on such profound lessons, adds another layer of complexity to healing and moving forward. It's never too late to seek support in dealing with these bonds and to continue working on understanding and nurturing yourself. You have a lifetime of experiences and wisdom, and it's commendable that you're still learning and evolving. Thank you for sharing your intriguing experience with us. Dreams and the mysterious ways they connect to our waking life have always been a subject of fascination. It's quite remarkable that you encounter faces in your dreams that you later recognize in real life. Such experiences invite us to wonder about the deeper connections and perhaps even the unseen threads that link our subconscious mind to the world around us. 🌌 Many cultures and spiritual traditions explore the significance of dreams and how they might offer insights, messages, or premonitions. Your experience underscores the mystery and complexity of how we perceive and interact with the world, both in our waking moments and in the realm of dreams. While there are many theories and interpretations, the personal meaning and relevance of these experiences can vary greatly. It might be interesting to keep a dream journal, noting down the faces you see and any subsequent encounters in your waking life. This practice could offer further insights into the patterns or messages your dreams may be conveying. Thank you for being a part of the 'Wisdom in Real Life' community and for bringing your unique experiences into our shared exploration of life's mysteries. We're all on a journey of discovery, and it's through sharing our stories that we can find common threads of wonder and understanding. 🙏💭

So of what value were the boys who have bullied me and destroyed my self esteem, thereby enabling me to ruin my life twice over, same with the male who bullied me and set out to make me lose my then partner, what value was he when that man was THE ONE for me. I can't see any value from meeting any of them. Apart from that it set me on the path to the unhappy destiny that I knew God had planned for me.

I'm truly sorry to hear about the challenges and pain you've faced due to bullying. It's incredibly tough to find value in experiences that have hurt us deeply and impacted our lives negatively. 🌹 It's important to acknowledge that not all encounters bring visible positive lessons, especially when they involve deep emotional pain and trauma. Sometimes, the value might not be immediately clear, or it might not feel like there's any value at all. It's okay to feel that way, and it's okay to still be searching for understanding or healing. What you've been through is a testament to your strength, even if it might not feel like it right now. Sometimes, our most difficult experiences can lead to profound personal growth, resilience, and empathy for others in ways we might not realize immediately. I encourage you to seek support from friends, family, or professionals who can provide the care and guidance you need. Healing is a journey, and you don't have to walk it alone. Your feelings are valid, and your experiences, though painful, are a significant part of your story. Remember, your destiny is not set in stone, and it's never too late to find paths that lead to healing and happiness. You are valued and your experiences matter. We're here for you and wish you strength and peace on your journey ahead. 🌟

What does encountering wrong people or psychopaths in your life.Thanks and Regards
@wisdominreallife
@wisdominreallife 5 ай бұрын
Thank you for your question, which touches on a more challenging aspect of our encounters with others. Encountering individuals who bring negativity or harm into our lives, like those exhibiting psychopathic traits, can be deeply troubling and difficult to understand, especially in the context of the idea that people come into our lives for a reason. From the perspective we explored in the video, even difficult or negative encounters can teach us something, although it might be hard to see at the time. These experiences can sometimes serve as lessons in setting boundaries, understanding our own strengths, or recognizing the importance of self-care and resilience. It's crucial, however, to approach such situations with caution and prioritize one's safety and well-being. It's important to remember that not every encounter is meant to be positive or easy; some are there to test us or to help us grow in unexpected ways. However, this doesn't mean we should accept harmful behavior from others. Recognizing and distancing oneself from toxic or dangerous individuals is a vital skill and sometimes the most important lesson we can learn from such encounters. Please take care of yourself and seek support when dealing with challenging relationships. Your safety and well-being are always the priority. Thanks for engaging with our video and for your thoughtful question. Best regards from the 'Wisdom in Real Life' team.

Life has nothing to do with us as individuals nor do the people we meet, nothing actually goes how we would like it to go, so how is it worth wasting time thinking about our experiences, nothing ever changes, we are constantly chasing our tails or the tails of others, life honestly isn't in our control...
@wisdominreallife

Thank you for sharing such a candid reflection on life and the nature of our experiences. It sounds like you're feeling a sense of disillusionment, which many of us can relate to at different points in our lives. The feeling that life is beyond our control and that our efforts sometimes seem like chasing after the wind can indeed be disheartening. While it's true that many aspects of life and the people we meet may not unfold as we wish, the value in reflecting on our experiences lies in the growth and understanding we can gain from them. It's through these reflections that we can find meaning, even in the chaos and the unexpected turns of life. The perception that nothing changes can be overwhelming, but even small shifts in our thoughts, actions, or awareness can ripple out in significant ways, influencing our journey and those around us. Recognizing that we may not have control over every aspect of life doesn't diminish our ability to find joy, purpose, and connection within the experiences we do have. It's okay to feel that life is challenging and to question its meaning. These moments of questioning are also part of the journey, leading us to deeper inquiries about what we truly value and how we want to engage with the world. You're not alone in feeling this way, and sharing these thoughts is a brave step toward understanding and possibly finding a new perspective. The 'Wisdom in Real Life' community is here for you, offering a space to explore, question, and seek understanding together. Thank you for being part of our community and for your honesty. We hope that through continued exploration and dialogue, you might find glimpses of meaning and change that resonate with you. 🌱

@wisdominreallife
@wisdominreallife 2 ай бұрын
Thank you for bringing up such a thoughtful and complex question. It's true that the actions and policies of nations, as well as the behaviors attributed to followers of various religions, can sometimes seem at odds with the principles of compassion, understanding, and peace that many spiritual teachings, including Christianity, advocate for. Understanding the way nations treat others, or how followers of any religion interact with humanity at large, requires us to consider historical, cultural, political, and individual factors. It's important to recognize that within every religion, including Christianity, there are diverse interpretations and practices. Many Christians and people of other faiths work tirelessly for peace, justice, and the betterment of humanity, embodying the compassionate principles of their beliefs. The idea that there are no coincidences, and that every encounter has something to teach us, can indeed apply to observing and reflecting on these larger societal and global dynamics. These situations can prompt us to question, learn, and engage in dialogue about how we can collectively create a more peaceful and understanding world, aligned with the compassionate core found in many spiritual traditions. Your question underscores the importance of looking deeper, seeking to understand the root causes of conflicts and divisions, and exploring how we, as individuals and communities, can contribute to solutions based on mutual respect and compassion. Thank you for engaging with our content in such a meaningful way and for sparking this important conversation. Let's continue to seek understanding and promote dialogue that bridges differences and fosters a more compassionate world for all. 🌍✨

Thank you for sharing such a profound perspective. Viewing Earth as a prison is a metaphor that can reflect deep feelings of constraint or dissatisfaction with the conditions of life. It's a viewpoint that invites us to explore what it means to seek freedom, understanding, and fulfillment within the confines of our experiences. It's important to recognize that this feeling, while challenging, can also be a powerful catalyst for seeking deeper spiritual understanding, personal growth, and connections that transcend the limitations we perceive. The quest for meaning and liberation is a central theme in many spiritual and philosophical traditions, offering various pathways to transcend the sense of confinement. At 'Wisdom in Real Life,' we aim to explore these themes, offering perspectives that might help illuminate the paths to finding freedom and purpose in our lives, even amidst challenges.
