Not really it’s kind of like how an old dude who is an adement football fan can recall the details of every game he’s watched. We just aren’t as good and/or as dedicated to the game as Hikaru is. Keep in mind he’s played his entire life.

Though I will say that Hikaru's capacity is definitely way beyond normal, most people can achieve something similar if they study hard enough. With that you can create the positional awareness necessary to have a couple of games in your bank for just about every opening that's in your repertoire. You'd be surprised how much you can remember with a good amount of disciplined study. I would like it to learning all the combos in a fighting game. Some people have a knack for it some people will take a bit more work. But just about everyone could memorize a few combinations per their favorite characters. You just have to practice it over and over and over until you get it right. Some people have a very image based memory and so they will probably be able to memorize several different combinations over a short span of time. For me, for example, I have a the kinesthetic, auditory, and visual, ways of learning, but because of the visual, if I stare at a combination set for a good amount of time, I'll be able to reproduce most of those combinations. Imagine that except over a much larger span and you could see how someone could memorize several games. It also helps to have an obsessive personality. It increases the amount of discipline and dedication that you're going to put towards it. This is a thing that children have in trades. Which is part of the reason why there are all these grandmaster below 18 years old chess players nowadays throughout the entire world, especially India.
