I find, most UK people sound like they are saying "island" rather than "Ireland" to us Irish. Loved the abandoned village, no music necessary, it was wonderful.

Finally getting around to continuing your series. Blinking heck that looked cold! Hate black ice. We slid down Hardknott Pass in our van one winter. It wasn't a nice experience.what a fascinating little village to look at. Right up our street. A harsh life but i bet they were happy. Certainly a magical time of year to visit. Sorry it has taken so long to watch.

What an evocative and sad little village, one can just imagine the people who lived there. Oh the snow and ice is beautiful but glad we can watch thru. your eyes and not have to feel its icy bite. Yes agree the wind sound was much better than innocuous music. 🦋

My wife is shooting "Don't go up Torr Head", but too late, as you discovered, I enjoyed driving our campervan up over in mid June, making loads of black smoke from the exhust pipe and the wife "Thelma" screaming, I told you not to go up this way., it's from 3rd to 1st gear change a couple of times with right foot kept hard down.... Any way the village that you walked up to, you were on the orginal road before the coast road was made and the farmer that owns it and he is great craig, told us that the road was named main Belfast road and fiinal bit, the house with the thatched roof is the set build for Game Of Thrones, totally fake, only a few years old
