Heartbreaking to see all that trash at visitor center. Exhilarating to see a good human being clean up. I love that part of AZ very much. Bless you! Thanks for being a good example.❤

I can't believe it's taken The Algorithm so long to bring me here, this was great! I grew up in Winslow and have great love for northern Arizona.
@rorywalter32405 күн бұрын
Having lived in Arizona for 20 plus years , it’s become obvious the increase in people camping and partying up in the northern parts of Arizona , lots and lots of side by sides , dirt bikes that show no respect for the trails and camping areas, unless this is aggressively regulated it will turn into just ghetto , over used areas !! Sad for the future !! 😬😔👨🌾

Trash is my biggest pet peeve too. I bought land in northern maine 6 years ago with 1/4 mile road frontage. Every spring after the snow melts but before the grass starts growing I pick up the roadside. It’s unbelievable how people throw their trash out the window when their either going home, or to town where they could find a thrash bin.

People will go way out of their way to dump crap in parks rather than take it to a dump. People drop off dead animals, furniture and everything else. Throw crap in the bushes when there are trash cans just a few feet away. And in the US I'm convinced it's a culture thing. Parents need to step up. Traveling to places like Switzerland you see no trash anywhere, ever. And it's just the culture that you wouldn't do that.

We live up on the rim and we explore in our jeep. We have to carry garbage bags for trash and water and tools to put out abandoned campfires. Its only getting worse the more motorheads come up from Phoenix to race around and destroy the roads and trails. Now they won't even stay off designated hiking trails and the machines now have turned those into roads. It's getting hard to even enjoy the woods anymore as we are just too close to urban dwellers here. The forest service is worthless as is their law enforcement officer. They do not give a damn.

Unfortunately , all the turn offs in the north country are looking like that. Especially the exits along I-17, the 260, 87, 89. Just sad. Another factor is the people dont take into account the wind when they drop off their dollar store bags filled with garbage next to the already filled cans without tieing them. Just like people dont cut and fold their pizza boxes, food delivery containers OR their Amazon boxes before putting them in the dumpster OR the poorly thought DEF containers in the fuel aisles at QT, Maverick and everywhere else.

@14:46 If You expect humans to do better you’ll be disappointed every time. There’s no chance of that happening. I don’t like being negative, it’s just not going to be a thing. Plus imagine how much of that trash is coming from not so legals. I worked for a the Man that owns EML in Hillsboro, Tx. Without fail if he had something in the truck to throw away it was going out the window on the road even though he was going to stop at a Gas station or the office or somewhere with a trash can. He enjoyed throwing garbage out of a moving vehicle, he said it’s how he kept people employed
