Hey Joey I just noticed that when you were spraying the sump out that the concrete floor to the gallery is hanging kind of by itself. You need to add a retaining wall around that side of the building to stop the gravel from totally washing out. If you wait to long your floor might start breaking up. I pour concrete for a living so I notice these types of things. I would try to do it before winter.

2 things: 1. I'd like to see the pump in the barrel filter and running. 2. Ideas for doing a 5 gal bucket version of the barrel filter.
@dagurt69946 жыл бұрын
He has done a diy video on a 5 gallon bucket filter before. The pump is on the outside instead of inside, but its a very similar concept.

Pull out the bio balls on the side and use the marine blocks to hold up the basket. That way they stay submerssed and your getting good water flow around them.

Hi Joey love the video can’t wait see the change you make to the barrel. But it does look awesome. I like seeing videos like this one to help us small folks to make better filtration better for our tanks. I need to try to build a sump for my 30 I know you have big tanks but could you try to show us something for smaller tanks to build a sump for that will be a good video to do. Thank you Daniel

Love your videos x It would be great to see a deep clean on your gravel tank - would be really helpful to see how best to do it. Hope you can, thanks and look forward to your videos to come. PS I agree that the bottom of the new filter needs to be a solid side container so it goes through all the media x

Joey, I want to see everything. I am new to the hobby and a good deal of that is thanks to your videos. I know you’re a busy guy, but I appreciate the time and effort you put into these videos because everyone does everything differently and sometimes it’s nice just to see someone you trust shoe you how they do things rather than people showing off their ten year no water changes tanks of mystery.

12x12x12 cube tank for a planted betta fish tank..... This would be more of a beginners guide for us! We would appreciate if you use non-cycled media. Everyone loves small builds that they can easily afford.... Would be great if you set it up yourself for your daughter or son. Give details of how much it costs! Betta fish is available in all countries and it would be great if you do this! Love your videos brother. 1 million coming soon!!!! THUMBS UP FOR DAILY VIDEOS! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🇧🇩❤️
