வெருமென walking மட்டும் போகிறார்கள் இதுபோன்ற பயிற்சி செய்ய முயற்சி செய்யுங்கள்.. இந்த பயிற்சி 20நிமிடங்கள் செய்வது 1மணி நேரம் நடைபயிற்சி செய்வதைவிட சிறந்தது. இதய பாதிப்பு மற்றும் வயதானவர்கள் தவிர்க்கவும்
