I like how Itachi threatened danzo in terms of leaking secrets to the village elders instead of the usual "if you touch him I'll kill you" kind of threat, which he could with a little effort do it successfully.

No he can't wtf lol. Even Sasuke had to so much effort on killing danzo. Other than izanami nothing there is Itachi can do to beat him. Definately kid Itachi can't do shit to beat him and adult one is sick and weak af . No kenjutsu, no summoning jutsu, no long range attacks, no stamina and his susano won't even last for minutes where as he has literally 11 plus izanagi. Without izanami it is a easy win for Itachi. Even Itachi says it's lucky that Sasuke survived against him. Itachi was the weakest among who had mangyeko

Love that Itachi called Danzo out immediately. The SECOND the Anbu mentions bodies missing Itachi’s like “I saw you do it too you shady bitch, try to play me” like Itachi’s interactions with Danzo before were so much more mild, as a reserved (albeit thoroughly creeped out) subordinate, even when Danzo literally threatened Sasuke to his face, but post-massacre when Itachi realizes Danzo’s actively collecting Sharingan and realizes that EVERYTHING from initial negotiations to Shisui’s death to the final massacre wasn’t ONLY just to save the village in his own violent, militant way, but for his own selfish, personal gain, boy SNAPS and threatens him right back. that music change, the sudden change in how he addresses him. he is PISSED. the threat to the village ended with the deaths of the clan, but Danzo’s true desire for Sharingan came out in full ugly glory and Sasuke would NOT be safe if Itachi didn’t put that motherfucker in his place. Danzo wanted to bargain Sasuke’s life like it was a one-time payment or a reward for Itachi’s loyalty. Itachi was firm in establishing that it is an everlasting CONDITION. Like??? The fact that he actually stuck around NOT ONLY to very clearly remind Danzo of EXACTLY what type of enemy he’s now made but ALSO to supervise the initial handling of the corpses and take note of anything uncounted for in the first place. (Also. Headcanon that the reason Itachi even ever learned how to use Izanami was because he saw the possibility that he’d have to fight Danzo HIMSELF one day)

At 1:30 Itachi and Obito have already shared up the missing bodies among them self as spare Sharingans. It does explain why Obito use Izanagi to counter Konan without using his real MS. Itachi most likely has Fugaku MS as well. MS are valuable and im pretty sure Itachi won't leave spare MS on the floor like that.

Even Hiruzen himself admitted that letting Orochimaru live was a mistake. He could try talking to Fugaku and change his mind, or could stick to Shisuis idea of using Kotoamatsukami

Tbh hiruzen is one the best leaders I ever saw In the anime world Cus when Naruto was younge the dude didn't tell him that his daddy and mommy are the most powerful and the most badass duo in the thier current world, If hiruzen told Naruto about all of these things Naruto would have the mindset take responsibility which destroy his own life so to which hiruzen didn't speak a word about all of this to both Naruto and Sasuke and didn't wanted them to take responsibility and avenge thier lost one's, tbh hiruzen Is a very underated character because no one thinks why he did those things like, hiding Narutos parents ans Sasukes family massacre truth! Those are itachi's own sharingan. As I understand it, he'd implanted the eye into the crow, and kept it with him for safe keeping. Then, later, passes it on to naruto when they meet up in the forest.
