After all _Konan's paper bombs_ *completely destroyed* Obito's arm. Whereas a _KCM Naruto_ *rasengan* did *NOTHING* to Obito's arm in _Chapter 546_ This same rasengan in a weaker form completely destroyed Pain in _Chapter 443_ So Paper bombs seem pretty OP to me, but not sure how much.

chrollo wins and very easily i might add what i see comments of some kids below they don't seem to know that hunter x hunter characters are super humans whith tons of ways to kill their enemy but itachi and chrollo have almost the same charisma itachi would had been better as a last villain instead of that madara edo tensei boring stuff it ruined the naruto shippudden series for me when itachi out of the blue is sick plot armor for sasuke to win didn't make any sense itachi woudl had been the best villain ever if they added more to his character but they made him sick and dead than good guy for sasuke plot

But I would be more interested in reading your justification for Chrollo having Country Level Ap. _Key Word:_ *Attack Potency* So please do not use *destructive capacity* Attack Potency factors in: *The amount of matter destroyed* _(in addition to how it is destroyed_ e.g - *Vaporisation, fragmentation, pulverisation etc*) **_divided by the *Area of Effect_* of the attack - is the size of the attack the size of a fist, or size of a mountain etc.

Hidan doesn't need a mountain level ap to kill chrolo he just speed blitz, blood acquired then ritual hack if not straight up decapitating chrolo low to mid diff. Now state a speed and ap scalling for chrolo. feats only.

Speed = Distance ÷ Time. So to know the speed of the feat we need to know the distance Kakashi was from the lightning in the first place. The only powerscaler I can name who is *honest* and power scales _correctly and accurately_ is a KZbinr name Zaelleaz. He does it all correct: Doesn’t *Highball* and *Wank* verses. Understand attack potency and how it is scaled. Etc You say it is an *obvious stomp.* But I could bet a thousand you couldn’t justify that narrative, without using _dubious character statements, highballing like crazy, calc stacking, using indefinite and fallacious databooks etc._
