I’ve been watching this video over and over for years, and have seen it probably literally 600 times. It’s so relaxing to me because I like the sound of scissors. I just fast-forward and start viewing right after the B-52 bomber has been brought in for a landing. The other haircut videos don’t compare to this one. I love this “old school” haircut.

Ho saputo che questo barbiere, dopo 70 anni di attività, è andato in pensione. Un altro pezzo di storia che se ne va per far posto a barbieri-hipster improvissati. Ma perchè non torni a fare video da questi barbieri "vecchio stile"? Fra una manciata di anni non ci saranno più, e a quel punto non avremmo più alcuna testimonianza di questi professionisti, di questa tradizione tutta italiana. Secondo me, e penso che molti altri hanno il mio stesso pensiero, dovresti tornare alle vecchie origini, a costo di scovare l'anziano barbiere di paese nei borghi più piccoli: sarebbe una boccata d'aria pura in un mondo sempre più moderno, tecnologico, dove si sono persi valori, ideali, tradizioni. E non è un caso che il maggior numero di visualizzazioni li hai ricevuti proprio su video di questo genere. Riflettici Massimo!.

i wish there was no background noises like the cars and such, this would be the perfect asmr video. The sound of the scissors is perfect, take note asmr makers, that is how its suppose to sound.

Under certain points of view I like the background noises if they are not too loud and not intrusive, they help to create a more real atmosphere , but yes, to produce the "perfect video" the sound must be clean. Also for me, watching again the video,I have found the scissors sounds great, they triggered a lot of tingles. :) Thanks for your observation krlitos

He reminds me of why the job of a barber was so close to a doctor's; bloodletting, cutting and shaving were golden almost to surgery purposes. The straight razor shaves are cool too but it would be AWESOME if you could do more haircuts with scissors...maybe you could get those guys to give you high fades with just the sheers! Mi ha ricordato molto quando ero piccolo. Andavo da un barbiere identico, silenzio, movimenti lenti e molto professionale. Era abbastanza anziano e purtroppo ora non c'è più.
