💈 The Romania Frizebad Barbershop Bucharest Haircut Experience

Frizebad Barbershop is situated just around the corner from Pasajul Victoria and the Old Town of Bucharest. The barbershop relocated to this current address after the Bucharest earthquake of 1977.
The interior is a perfect time warp reflecting the Romanian tastes from when it was last renovated in 1981. Surprisingly, original 1930’s barber chairs from Chicago remain. I guess even the might of communist dictators stop when it comes to barber chairs!

I’ve been working in Sweden for more than 4 years and have the best working conditions ever but more i live here i appreciate more and more these old school real barbers and their struggle to survive. I think many time ago I commented this video, and, sincerely, it's one of my favorites. It's really relaxing and is an authentic ASMR. This video put me to sleep. Beside, this barber is a master in his job. He knows how to cut your hair when it was medium long. Unfortunately not to many barbers know how to thread longer hair. I loved the gent coming in and getting coffee, actually. He made it more authentic. My cousin is a barber and I've sat at the shop with him several times and there is always someone in and out, selling wares, just stopping in to speak or hang or even getting directions. He kept it fairly to the point, got his coffee and left😁...as usual another great video Harry!!

If you are still in Romania, i recommend the city Constanta, near the black sea and there is a barbershop called “downtown barbershop”. Guys there are great as barbers and as person. Love this show Harry. Im a traveling educational barber from Chicago, I’ve worked with company’s such as wahl, andis, layrite u name it. I love the different styles each barber has its super cool to see. Although certain things do put me in teacher mode such as the dude blowing on the clipper to remove loose hair off the clipper. That’s def not safe practice and should never be done especially with a virus going around. But anyways love the Chanel! Keep them coming

@David Mays yes excellent work.. it does appear to uncomfortable getting hair washed this way.. my grandmother shampooed my hair when I was a young boy and I had to stand up , head down in sink and yes sometimes soap in the eye. I prefer sitting , reclined backwards when I get my hair washed..everyplace I went to for haircuts washed hair that way ..
