It’s ok to put salt with yeast but only if you’re going to mix the dough straight away. YES If you put salt on top of yeast it kills it, but in this case he put everything in water and mixed it straight away, so the yeast should be ok.

When you do make the Uncle Roger’s Fried Rice video, I suggest you use Nduja instead of Sambal or Chinese chili paste. Nduja has a similar flavor profile and it’s Italian 😉

It's very nice, but it looks more like a Roman pizza tonda than a Neapolitan. Crust is very thin and not fluffy. I think more fermentation was needed.
