Usually we go for panko if deep frying and fresh if pan frying, but both would work with either method!

You can certainly use classic pesto instead! Red pesto is typically made with sundried, fresh, or charred tomatoes but sometimes with red peppers. Other common ingredients include olive oil, pine nuts, and garlic. Some variations also call for basil leaves, balsamic vinegar, and a grated hard cheese like Parmesan.

By touch it is much firmer, by sight it should not have any pink or translucent bits in the middle and if you cut into it the juices should run clear.

Lots of different methods... these ones we cut up, boiled in salted water for 5 minutes, then drained and baked with a little oil in a hot oven for 30 minutes.

I recently made this recipe for my family (it was my first time cooking anything for them, btw) and it was absolutely delicious. I made half of the chicken I had with red pesto, and the other half with regular basil pesto. I did the same with the mayo dip. The red pesto tastes best on the chicken, but we liked the basil pesto mayo best. This recipe really is as easy as it looks. I will definitely be making the recipe again.

Plain white flour will be perfect, and you need enough to cover however much chicken you're using... There's no specific measurements! Also, go for 2 eggs and see how you get on :-)

Actually, I was thinking they have all gotten better looking since starting to eat real food! Look how bad their skin is in this video. Some of the improvement could just be getting older, but Ben looks healthy in all the older videos.
