That soup looked too watery. Usually pasta fagioli needs some time to thicken and it tastes better the next day.

Frank I can’t figure out why I love teasing you so much maybe it’s because we’re so much alike both born to Italian parents both proud of our culture and we both love pizza of course you are really Italian it might just be that term real Italian that’s like difference I think might Offend people born in Italy but in the end the only real Americans are the native Indians so of course we’re both really Italian I just think when you take the Y off the word and use the term real it might be insulting to people born in Italy but I love the fact That you’re proud to descend from what all are really the real Italians keep doing what you do I’ll keep dropping legs it’s all in good fun partner

All you have to do is mention mama Gallo and you get an instant like because I’m a mama‘s boy at heart my parents both came from Italy my mother not till she was 18 my father when he was a young child, and as such I am extremely proud of my Italian heritage just like you but I do feel funny calling myself a real Italian Italian American but I feel like if I say I’m a real Italian as you do often that I insult people who were born in Italy again that’s not to say that I’m not super proud of my heritage but I think once someone who is born in Italy who is someone who is born in America say he’s a real Italian I think it comes off as a little insulting I am an American Italian heritage who is extremely proud of that heritage because it’s one of the most incredible places and cultures on the planet but I do think the term I’m a real Italian belongs to those who were born in LA and as much as I would love to share that commonality with them I would never insult them in that way that’s like someone who has it parents born in America and they were born let’s see in India saying they are a real American I love you Frank But I can’t insult the people from the homeland like that

Robert: Everyone is entitled to define things, words, gestures, intonations etc.. in their own way. I make no apologies for my use of the term "Real Italian" as my definition is totally different than yours. Since the day I was born I was raised 100% italian. My Father came here at the age of 18 then went back and married my mother and came back to the USA where myself and my siblings were all born. My parents did not speak english so our first language was italian. I was very close with my Mom growing up, we had an amazing bond especially since I loved working with her in the kitchen. While we prepared meals we would listen to Italian music on the radio or have the Italian TV on in the background. To this very day I watch Italian TV and listen to Italian music, watch Italian youtube videos and live a very Italian lifestyle, so much so that if I moved to Italy tomorrow I wouldn't skip a beat, in fact I am currently working on my dual citizenship. I hope this clears things up for you. As always thank you for watching my videos.
