Ms Gina. You warm my heart. I am a 70 year old African American woman and in 1960 was raised in our family home on an all Italian Street in Park Slope Brooklyn. Our homes and back yard was connected to the most amazing Italian family. There was never a bitter word from those lovely people on our street. The neighbors two daughters were the same age as my sister and me. We grew up as life long friends. Their daughters along with my sister and I returned over the years to share kids and visit our respective parents. Ms Salvina was their mom and the dad was a postal worker that she used to call Anthony. (Antho-nee😊) She and you could have been sisters. I smile and recall the countless Italian meals and priceless memories we shared with the homeowners and families on 10th Street between 5th and 6th. God bless you and your family Ms. Gina.

Grandma's live to Love you, to teach you, and to selflessly make you happy! They are slow moving superheros for your soul! One thing you don't have is enough time. If your lucky enough to have one or more grandma's, spend time with them. Not for them, for both of you! Learn to cook or sew or garden, nothing tastes better than unconditional Love. But most of all, learn how to be a better mom and dad today, and how to be the best grandma and grandpa soon! They never go out of style and our World needs them more than ever. PEACE

My father used to make hard boiled eggs and he would take off the shells and put the hard boiled eggs in the sauce . He put a hard boiled egg on a plate of spaghetti with sauce over it. It tasted so good. I made that for my friends and they were surprised that the egg would taste good with sauce. Also he use to fry broccoli in the skillet and sprinkle it on top of the sauce when he made spaghetti. Very good also! When I saw you put in chopped up hard boiled eggs in your Lasagna it reminded me of my Dad. He passed away in 2017. Thank you for this video. It made me think of him and my grandmother Rose. She made everything from scratch like you. I miss them and our big Sunday dinners.

I have never seen someone put so much passion into meals! She is a true treasure, and we could all learn a lot from this lady. She must be a great mother and grandmother. This is what feminism has ruined, nurturing the children and taking pride in your family. Way to go grandma. ❤

This lady warms my heart. Homemade food is life, homemade food is key to a happy home. The home kitchen should be the engine of the ship. And like she says nothing is more amazing than seeing her family eat what her she’s made. You know those grandkids will remember grandma Gina’s food for life! 🍝

Hello from Montreal, Canada. I made this lasagna last weekend. Used your tomato "gravy" recipe as well. It was the best lasagna ever. I will be making more soon. Thank you so much for sharing all this with us.

I Saw her recipe and simple is better, i use olives Cummins lots of black pepper and she only just a touch and it seems that her secret ingredient are tomatoes.

I can't stop either! I literally go to bed with earphones on and watch the videos over and over, until I can no longer hold up my tablet. I awake in the wee hours of the morning with the tablet lying over my heart, and earphones still on my head. Looks like an Italian Buffet, of Gina's specialties for our New Years Eve! A bit if Vino, and a bib that will look like I was bushwhacked.😂 Jill Lytton (I'm a super fan!)
