Lovely. The family influence all over with their crests etc. would put me off. I wouldn’t want my home to be a shrine to someone else’s family. Still. A beautiful country home for sure.

Poco tempo fa, ho fatto una critica su una struttura a mio avviso, americanizzata negli interni! Questa volta faccio presente come le nostre strutture storiche mantenute nel tempo, siano tra le migliori al mondo, come rifiniture, decori, ed eleganza! "parlo per esperienza personale" Struttura notevole, al giusto prezzo di mercato. Molto bella. Continuo a seguirvi da anni con piacere.

OH MY GOSH! I could be wrong but this looks exactly like a hostel/pensione I stayed in over 20 years ago! Great memories and I remember walking the path to the bus to get into Firenze....grazie for the great memories!

Ciao Stefanie, moons ago I studied and recieved my New York State Real Estate Sales License at 17.5 years old. I know, I'm an overachiever. I interned in residential sales, soon moving to commercial sales at legal age 18. But, nothing I've worked can come light years close to the magnificent properties you weekly present. Italy is so beautiful, cityscape or rolling hills, the properties are found in positions with never-ending rustic charm and historic preservation. To keep the interaction going on your channel lol I think the underground "cantina" area is awesome looking. You could possibly do a spa & a nice little hidden heated indoor pool or jacuzzi. Would have to include a nice little bar area as well for refreshments. lol. Ohh, forgot to mention that on the walls below, it would be amazing to have murals painted along the wall that would mirror the views through the little "window" areas of the hedge.
