Not bad at all, especially with that huge rooftop terrace with distant view of the sea. I see that it does need another bathroom added, maybe two. The rooms are quite large. The kitchen will be a great place to cook with all that light coming in. It is so aggravating to see homes I'm interested in, but cannot act until we sell our property in Belize. It is oceanfront, so hopefully will sell quick once on the market. I so much appreciate and enjoy watching your videos. The one where you studied and got your Italian driver's license was entertaining AND informative. I will begin learning Italian in a few weeks. I wish they'd have the test in English, though. I did get a driver's license in Germany back in the late 80s, which was a very challenging test. Thank you again and I sincerely hope to meet you two one day.

Interesting property! What is to the left of the main entrance? Another property? In the cantina what was that door to the lower level? This property has a lot of potential and I see many of the surrounding buildings have new roofs which makes the neighborhood look great. I was surprised to see lightning rods up on the terrace, a bit rare for Europe except where owners have installed solar panels. Considering the height of the small roof over the attic, I wonder if the municipality would have issues with the prospective new owners installing photovoltaic panels on it.

Great property! Needs loads of cosmetic work inside and out but the biggest renovation expense will probably be replacing all the windows including the frames and bringing in vintage lighting fixtures. The bones are good though!

I think this property is really interesting especially with the beautiful terrace a great plus+ I was looking to see where the drainage was from the terrace when it rains etc. I think it would need quite a bit of money put into it to make it what you want probably realistically around 100k to add a brand new bathroom and where? But when done I think it would really be stunning with those lovely sized rooms and high vaulted ceilings.

This is a gem. I think 300,000 would cover purchase and renovations but even if it went or the 300,000 it will be worth it. Now does my wife want a project … my $ and her love might be just right for this home.

Nice project - lots of potential. I think it would take quite a bit to install bathrooms and extra plumbing, electricity, heating and A/C but if someone did all that, it would be a good investment. Beautiful diamond in the rough(!)

Wow, the rooftop has gorgeous views. I wonder if people ever install lifts in these houses, so that they can stay into their latter years. A very large cost I guess for a residential place of 3 levels +. Or the 'chairlifts' that get installed in the stairways ... have you ever seen them in your travels? This place could indeed be lovely with its spacious rooms and corner position. And resources.🌼

Although this home needs considerable work to update to today's standards and restore it, it has a lot of potential. Structurally it appears to be in good condition all things considered. Like others have asked, I'm curious about what is to the left side of the front door.

It's difficult to tell. The most expensive things would be to update the plumbing and electrical system. This is a ruin. It is shameful that it has fallen into such a state. I would hazard an EDUCATED guess that you would be looking at between 150000-200000 € to get this building in livable condition. Don’t offer more than 12000 for this house. That is probably too high.
