Edimara has a beautiful sunny disposition and such a gorgeous smile! This Italian mum series is definitely the best on this channel. It's nice to see someone else win for a change, although I definitely want to try Martina's food. You certainly don't win as many rounds as she has if you aren't a great cook!

yeah she was dead on arrival. Too bad because pears and gorgonzola are a fantastic combination, if you don't mind either of those things. I applaud her on her willingness to experiment and think outside the box though, overall she did a great job.

So basically Edimara’s one is an acquired taste cos of the pear and Gorgonzola. Wouldn’t it be better if all three had to make risotto ai funghi so there’s fairer judgement of their risottos?

We were asked to make our own version of risotto, so we had the freedom to choose what ingredients to use. Edimara was unlucky cause she didn’t know that I don’t like pears and Selene doesn’t like gorgonzola 😅
