Thanks Nick for another great tour. This place looks pristine. Could you mention in your tours if the furniture is included? Taxes, maintenance etc. Also maybe one of these days just show us what kind of shopping is available near the homes? Like grocery store, restaurants or places to eat? Just a quick tour? Like drive by and then show the property. It would give us an idea how it would be to live there. When the buildings are attached like this to a church owned property, how do they tax you? Xo

Very nice, comfortable place. There are many things I like, for example, the ceiling in the TV room, the good-size kitchen, the lofts in the first two bedrooms, and (believe it or not) the stone floor in the second kitchen. However, I think it could use another bathroom for the last three bedrooms. Though the mill is not included, I would like exploring it. Nick, I often think you're going to take a tumble, but you're as steady as ever. Bravo!

Lovely place, the house was really modern enough without messing up the historical parts, I especially liked the two bedrooms with the gallery above, what a nice place to make somewhere to just curl up & read or to sew. The old mill area would be great to restore so that you could enjoy and appreciate it. I enjoyed your video, thanks for sharing and have a great weekend. Forgot to mention the living area was one of most comfortable areas that I have seen.

Love that you could set up private sitting rooms in those bedrooms with the loft area. Also the downstairs TV room could be a office. I'd have to rework the kitchen a little bit to add more storage. And maybe turn the entry into a small dining area.

Very, very nice Holiday home this would be for anyone who would like to escape to Italy for a short (Or long) time! Just would like to see the Fireplaces working and able to use properly. This could be such a relaxing home and comfortable for almost any family! The terracotta floors are more than anyone could dream to own! Easy to have with a family too. Be careful Nick as places like that little tunnel could be dangerous and you could get stuck as the ground did seem quite soft/wet.. It is an interesting/intriguing place and very historical to be inside of the tunnel though.

Hello Nick, great video, as always, thank you. So....... when you were doing your introduction, directly behind you and to your right there is another building, my question is .... is that building attached to the one that you have just shown us or is it separate? Seems to have an adjoining wall to the mill? Or is that the building that’s referred to in the description both here and on your website, as being an additional farmhouse with pool that is available to purchase? When looking at the side of the building, the other building appears to be attached. Would have loved to have seen the area around all sides of this home, especially since it is in such close proximity to another building. It is so interesting with regard to pricing, I felt last weeks home was way overpriced and this one seems incredibly well priced for the size of the home. Last weeks home was an interesting eclectic mix of finishes. May I ask how one determines what price to put on it? Is it a combination of what you think it is worth and what the seller is wanting to get for the sale of the home? I always think a home or property fo sale is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. So appreciate you Nick and it is always, always a delight to watch your videos. Thank you. Hi Kerry, Had to make myself a cuppa before replying. 😊 The building next door and the barn is privately owned. The additional building in the details is next door but not attached. Last week’s property is a big price in my view, but it’s in a totally different area. In fact it’s one of the most expensive areas in central Italy. Valuation is difficult. It’s the real value plus the vendors expectation. There’s a fine balance. I try to be as honest as possible with vendors. I agree with you when you say those magic words, but no one wants to over pay, so getting the price right is paramount. Depending on the property the contents may or may not be included. Tasteful renovation and still room for personal touches and furniture. So the rest of the adjoining property owned by the church, no info worth mentioning on what it is, how it's used, when etc? I'd definately want to know if considering property like this.
