This is a charming home to live in or holiday at, depending on the seasons. It is so enticing even in winter! I LOVE your one take tours Nick, this one tops them for me... purely sublime... breath-taking! The gardens are exquisite even in winter... lol...I say winter, here in Canada we are under 2 feet of snow...Tuscany with green grass, need I say more. Seriously though, this is a truly beautiful property all around. I might change out the table in the kitchen for a longer one with lots of space for family to gather with room to spare as a work surface...and hire that very capable caretaker. Dream a little dream....

Loved this property tour, gardens were beautiful & the views amazing, the stone staircase was fantastic just so much history in that stairway. I think the kitchen was ok but maybe updated & the laundry room would be a little out of the way for me, but if you did not mind the extra running or had a housekeeper I guess would be ok. I really enjoy your videos & your sense of humor. Thank you for sharing, I always look forward to your property tours. Have a great weekend.

OMG!!!! These bathroom tiles are absolutely gorgeous!!!! And these doorframes are phenomenal!!! OLIVE IF YOU DO!!!! HAHAHAHA!!!! Beautiful home and plenty of olives...... I Love the view!!!! Gates and fenced is very good. The kitchen needs TLC. Overall very nice. That narrow hall could turn into a smoker.

The office and guest house have no kitchenettes, no spot to make coffee or tea. The main house is gorgeous! They do read National Geographic magazines, written only in English. This is a true gem, and I would have expected it to be listed for more, with an income producing venture.

Good evening Nick. First, What a view !!! Stunning. Awesome property. The kitchen of the main house is in a old style but is not bad. A little touch heare and a little touch there and you have a change. I love the bathrooms !! They are cozy. The rooms, nothing special but confortable. The office/studio absolutly charmy. Amaizing BBQ area. The pool is far from the house but it is beautiful. At last Charmy property with 6 has and reasonable price. Thank you Nick.

Grease! LOL perhaps a patina of historical record due to generations of families passing through. Fantastic 1 take on such a large property, I imagine you spend an hour in prep time before the shoot. Blend the refrigerators with the rest of the kitchen and get rid of the shower curtain in the master with a swinging glass sheet and keep everything else including the caretaker. Perfect!

It’s def a practical choice on the new ride but you have to pimp it out! Maybe some chrome wheels, tint the windows & some pin stripping. In the US we have trucks nothing like what you got, our trucks have become like your RR that have bed. Congrats can’t wait to see it in action!! Cheers Kirk
