In general schools here are very good, a friend of mine even went to a viticulture based high school for 5 years... THAT is pretty cool! But of course they will be in Italian so better to get your little ones learning some Italian now.

You are doing a very good job, brad. You are combining the history of the town , touring it, showing really nice listings, and giving us your honest & professional opinion, and advice. I love Cortona. I stayed there last May. I saw that restaurant right outside the window of the Airbnb that I stayed at (which was a total reno owned by a woman which was really clean and sweetly done). I really enjoyed this new type of segment just as much as your usual property tours. Thanks so much as this takes a lot of work and it’s very much appreciated. I’m coming to Tuscany again next month- I can’t wait! My goal is to retire there 🙏🏻. ❤️🇮🇹🏡

@BradsWorld Funny you should mention carrots. I wanted to make a stew a couple of weeks ago so bought a bag. I can't remember the exact price but I don't think it was much more for a couple of pounds or a kilo. I don't think my poodle would have eaten carrots.

#13/$450€ is clean but WAY TOO MUCH MONEY for such a small pad with so few windows. What an affront to Italians who now can’t afford to own anything cuz all of us overpaying for so little. Thank you for providing a close look at a range of properties Brad! Wishing u success. Love the furnishings/decor in that 900€+ one, it’s attractive, but way too pricey for so little.
@BradsWorld6 ай бұрын
Thanks. I don’t think all Italians can’t afford a place to live now. I really don’t believe that Americans buying stuff is moving the needle that much except and various select and small areas. There’s just too much real estate here for sale.
@katiecannon81866 ай бұрын
@@BradsWorld That’s just silly. Of course folks buying up real estate drives up prices. Especially when it’s second, third, fourth, etc, properties.

@BradsWorld6 ай бұрын
The houses in this video start at €149.000 for 1700 sq ft or 150 Sq meters and excellent shape (but looks like 1969!) There’s lots of stuff around here for well under €75,000 that you can pick up. Can most of the world afford it of course not most of the world is subsistence living. We are probably 1/10 of the price United States and a clean and healthy environment to live in.
