The five Italy stadiums for euro 2032 will be rome, Milan , turin, Bari (restructured without athletic circuit) and maybe florence(only for the politic..)

Also I would have liked that but we know, there is a reason in Italy and specially in Rome no "ancient Roman looking" buildings have been built after 1945 so I dont think we'll get that soon. I am a italian rationalist style fan, I dont want to sound fascist but that style and those buildings were our future, there is no way we cant have that anymore cuz 80 years ago the guy that wanted those buildings to be built joined a war on the loosers side

In one word why stadiums are not being built or renovated in Italy, MAFIA. If the Mafia does not get a cut in the construction money, nothing gets built. The bureaucrats, for the most part are in the Mafia themselves and they get a cut as well. There are a few Bureaucrats that are honest and are threatened. If there is any construction that will get done, the Mafia will make sure that it is delayed so they can make more money. Clubs do not want to pay the inflated cost by the Mafia, to get a new or renovated stadiums, so nothing gets done.
