I actually read a very interesting study, it was about how female autoimmune system is more active, so by the time a man has fever, they are indeed more sick. Just a hypothesis, but I stopped joking about my partner acting like dying with tiniest symptoms. Just in case 😂

⁠@Reviewland963yeah i never had this issue because my mom always ignored my issues and would get angry at me if i was ever sick which resulted in me dismissing medical issues i have. now i dont know whats normal and whats not. But my immune system is pretty strong so i get sick once a yr or usually every two years. and when i do my body just shuts me down, every muscle gets tense and sore, i always have a high fever. pukey, can’t eat. I’ve learned to deal with it but mannn does it feel like everything in the universe is against me. especially when i got work the next or same day.
