Ciao Nick, Bellissima, I absolutely love the kitchen, I am so happy they used reclaimed materials, and didn't use modern materials that look the part. What a wonderful property! Beautiful views! I like the space in the kitchen where an island can be added if one wanted (I love a kitchen island). The fridge looks out of place so I would create a built-in in that corner or in one of the other cabinets.

Yes, this is the one, this is my favorite. Everything about it is perfection. The outside is awesome, the kitchen is amazing, I love to cook so the kitchen needs to be welcoming yet functions (the refrigerator could be in a better place but that's minor). I need to keep working on my husband to talk him into letting us buy this or one like it. I even started learning Italian.

Overall, nice. Some nitpicks. The refrigerator is an eyesore. For all the attention to details in other areas of the house, they dropped the ball there. I would have placed the clothes washer somewhere hidden in that spacious kitchen, perhaps with the refrigerator. It's an eyesore in the otherwise lovely master bath.

Great video as always. Your production quality is excellent but 1 quick tip, use auto white balance. I hate to use it myself but in your situation going in and out it is totally warranted. Many of the recent videos have had an orange cast inside as you are daylight balanced. The jittering on your clouds in this opening shot is the camera jumping between bit values that it couldn’t fully represent on an 8 bit signal instead of a smooth gradient. The way to fix this if you are so inclined is to add 1% noise to the video to perform a least significant bit rounding (LSB) technically you only need 0.4% but 1% works fine. Don’t get me wrong, your videos are quite impressive, especially for a 1 man show….but I reluctantly suggest performing the sacrilege of auto white balance. Great job Nick😊

Hi Nick. What a beautiful home and the exterior and gardens look amazing. Olive trees would be fabulous! I love the flow of the rooms. Perhaps a couple of things to rearrange, but if additional pieces of furniture are required to me it’s an opportunity to visit the antique markets and dealers. Very nice restored vintage house. For modern living, the house has to go through major interior additions such as walk-in closets/clothes places. Starlink connection for WiFI, children areas, etc. But, overall a nice place. Wonderful kitchen!

It is beautiful and clearly done with love. I dont understand why they didnt build the fridge in?? Didnt make provision for a laundry room (why put the washing machine in a bathroom) The sinks in the bathrooms are beautiful but theres no storage. Designed by a man, a woman would never leave these things out.
