Really tastefully done. Nice 20th century design classics and no rustic pastiche. Just lets the fabric of the building speak for itself. Hat tip to the owner for taste and style. Pool and sails practical and stylish. Kitchen just a little too commercial looking but looking at the ingredients on the wall it looks like a chefs own. 😊

I’ve had two beautiful homes that were built for entertaining, and I can say this house is absolutely built for entertaining. This is definitely my style. Of course, as with anyone, because we have our own taste, I would change a few things, not because it’s in bad taste, because it’s not. It’s just that we all have certain styles and colors that feed our ambience. Kitchen was a big YES for me. Really love this one Nick. Price was a bit pricey though. Missed seeing Mackie.

May I say: Kitchen Kitchen And more Kitchen! Er...Kitchens. One does not need to be a culinary trained Chef to deeply appreciate the Kitchen!! This house is so well laid out and a fabulous remod that it is mind blowing. Love all the light especially opening up that top floor like a big skylight. I actually teared up at the whole of this and her Energy...like being H-o-m-e. She hugs you 🤗. 💛 Love looking out and seeing all the hay bails. the countryside is quite wonderful of course :) but turning my attention to the exterior of this house - it is just gorgeous!!!!! i took a long pause when you turned the corner to the kitchen. oh. my. word. it's "kitchen heaven"!!!!!! from space to space there is beauty and function galore!! :) the beautiful windows let that lovely outside come in and you can't help but love it! the rustic staircase leads to something pretty special :) the look of old world meeting new world is on point! the "rough" and sleek are harmonious! the daylight comes in just lovely! the grounds are so pretty and peaceful and lend such a great feel to this amazing place! convenience and luxury everywhere! per usual you bring out the best this stunner has to offer, nick... excellent at your profession! thanks for the enjoyment of it all :) :) :)

Nick, this is a stunner and the location is spectacular. We cycled between Siena, Montepulciano and Pienza and if as you say this is near to Montepulciano, it's in the most desireable wine region. This is the region where some of the best Tuscan wines come from including Brunello di Montalcino. The eclectic art and collectibles in this modern home are to die for, so tasteful, worthy of an Architectural Digest tour albeit you did it justice. So excited to also see your subscribers pushing through 130K. The folks at Christies, and Leonard have a lot to learn from you :-) Go Nick Go!

What a beautiful home. I just wish the pool wouldn't be so far away. Love that its salt water pool. Must have been very warm, because it looks only 2 feet deep. . Not refreshing for summer months. Stunning.

The time, expense, and love that went into this reno are obvious in every detail. Excellent floorplan, stunning art collection, fantastic cooks' kitchen, only slightly over the price I expected, lots of potential with the outbuildings. Whoever purchases it will love living there. Unfortunately, I would want to tear out everything but the kitchen, and that feels disrespectful to the care that's been put into this home.

That kitchen…oh my. The rest of the property is nice, too. But that kitchen….I’d never leave it to enjoy the rest, lol! It’s a stunner. But it’s also completely practical and usable. I find the price exceedingly practical for what’s on offer. I would expect a bidding war over it. And I’d refuse to sell to someone who wasn’t food-minded. 😅
