The entry great room is, and could be even more so, dynamite - textured, embracing. Great place for an active family to rumble and bumble, breathe , chow down. Respite point post and pre zigzag outings to different points in the region. Great and loving memories could accrue in a place like this. Thumbs up , great fun.

hi there! it's an immediate sense of ease and comfort upon entering the place isn't it? so livable! gardens front and back lend some privacy that make it just more space to spread out in. the remodel is perfect in my mind. sleek updates but still the old charm of the rustic features. those beautiful rustic features add such grounding to a home in my opinion and the more modern finishes make for beauty and functionality that blends the two aspects into a fabulous place! well done whoever put that together! walk in - live in ready to come home to - is a very appealing idea after spending time exploring the wonderful history of the area :) easy living in italy for sure! as always, i look forward to the tours nick! they are so delightful, my morning coffee tastes even better lol

This is a very nice holiday home for a small family or couple with space for guests. With great rental potential. Which I assume it's been used for, the rentals are often all Ikea furnished for a reason. If this was properly furnished and decorated as a home it could be amazing! I didn't get a sense of where it sat in the outdoor surroundings, and didn't quite understand the exterior space. In these settings more inside a vilkeage or block with neighbors I think drone shots would make a huge difference. I'm sure this will be perfect for one of your viewers! Great fireplace! Right then. Hug a tree today like Nick does. Such a sweet home indeed. That exposed stone, lighting and open floor plan really make it pow wow. It's missing a little powder room on the main floor...but that's just what I need. I'm already planning here with my hubby how we would shift the kitchen over and place a powder room in that corner. I'm into gardening Nick and the hubby needs a man shed to put all his motorbikes in. I would love to find a home this size with a bit more land to play with. What a beautiful place Nick. They did a supurb job of restoration on it. Those full height rads always get me. I've seen them in a few other places. They are really modern and actually stylish. What is it with Italians and clothes dryers? I have yet to see a single one. I know its cheaper to hang clothes out in the sun. But it does rain there and in winter we used to get a bit of ice on our clothes because we did not have a dryer when I was a kid. 😮 Thanks for showing this place and I think the price is good. 😊😊

Utterly fantastic stonework! I like the open plan layout. Despite the height of the ceiling, there's still a warm feeling (probably due to the stone and wooden beams). I'm disappointed that there's only one full bathroom. I wonder if that's a reason why the property has remained on the market. Another wonderful tour, especially with the open in the museum. Thanks, Nick! After your August vacation, could you show properties in Corciano (Umbria) or in the areas near Montevarchi and Montemurlo (both Toscana)?

Lovely, quite impeccable. I really like this property. One thing, although the lighting is nicely done, it restricts the possibility for substantial artwork and opportunity to personalize the space, imo. Of course you could rewire and change the fixtures, so not a big deal. As it is, ideal for a rental. I enjoy your videos, thank you!

Why is it that in Europe you put these Ugly radiator? , they take all the space for potential paintings, toilet you have to go downstairs, mini fridge, no dryer, not enough storage room.. but I can see that the work is nicely done.
