What a fabulous rebuild! The exterior is truly faithful to the surroundings. Though the interior is modern, it's not stark like some other properties you have shown. I love this one, Nick! First, the location. Second? The features and accoutrements are so carefully thought through. Especially in the kitchen, laundry, dining and access to outdoor dining The upstairs lavatories with the pocket doors? Excellent space expanding options. Much less maintenance on the walk in shower of the master. Love it. Fabulous bare bones. Great canvas for almost any decor. Proportions and use of furnishings and space is just wonderful. In my daily life, the special nook would be a writing room. This one is a gem! Thank you for the tour.
