For a “new build” it’s just lovely. The kitchen is perfectly put together. The flow of the house is quite nice. Decor-wise, I ~love~ the ostrich pics & the 4poster bed on the main floor. Beautiful!

A fabulous house and surrounds. I envy those with the funds to purchase this home. The house is complete and the land just asks to be developed into more olive groves and a lovely garden. The pool surrounds and pool house are ripe for improvements also. A wonderful business proposition whether you want to rent or run a Bed and Breakfast. What a fabulous rebuild! The exterior is truly faithful to the surroundings. Though the interior is modern, it's not stark like some other properties you have shown. I love this one, Nick! First, the location. Second? The features and accoutrements are so carefully thought through. Especially in the kitchen, laundry, dining and access to outdoor dining The upstairs lavatories with the pocket doors? Excellent space expanding options. Much less maintenance on the walk in shower of the master. Love it. Fabulous bare bones. Great canvas for almost any decor. Proportions and use of furnishings and space is just wonderful. In my daily life, the special nook would be a writing room. This one is a gem! Thank you for the tour.
