it was not Simon. but the AGT staff due to copyright reasons. Of the 10 song he submitted, un lang pwede makuha ang copyright given the time left kasi prerecorded. di naintindihan ng mga Pinoy. balikan niyo video ni Marcelito namisinterpret daw siya ng sabihin niyang "sila ang pumili" kaya gumawa siya ng bagong video.
