Beautiful music. Russia please note this is fresh, original music. And the choreography is awesome. Both routines are fabulous.

Oh, I really love these compositions. I think they look better than the Bulgarians and the Russians at this point. More intricate exchanges, more beautiful collaborations, better music, I can watch again and again.

The more you see it, the more details you get. It’s an extra-risky program and it shows they love to performe it. Captivating and spectacular! Tnx for the analysis!

*New corrections after a recent clarification (February 2021):* *If two gymnasts throw their apparatus, perform a rotation over a gymnast, and catch only one apparatus together, this is CRR1, not CRR2. For CRR2, the rotating gymnasts must catch one apparatus each. The last collaboration is therefore a CRR1 and not a CRR2.* *Double throw cannot be combine with double catch in collaboration* 1:14 1:18 2:28 2:35 // 4:00 5:20 5 balls: 25.4 3 hoops / 4 clubs: 25.4 (with 0.4 originality bonus 3:32 possible Originality there) TOTAL 50.8 (with corrections) Italy is showing a very strong work with a lot of attention given to the variety in formations and collaborations (rotations, clever use of double catches...) and to the music. They can easily earn their points and maybe more by securing their catches without visual control and without hands during collaborations and going very clean (if execution is scored fairly). The difficulty is very high and comparable so far to Bulgaria and Russia. Some of the exchange criteria could downgrade some exchange, since some of them are difficult to validate (such as rotation during the catch, often done after and therefore not valid) and/or extremely risky (that exchange with 5 balls with catch during a rotation!). Concerning the body difficulties, no big concern, the leap and fouette are clean, although they will probably get 0.3 deduction for not always holding their balances long enough and the penche weren't their best here. I try to maximise the Difficulty here : putting CR into CRR even though its a bit dubious, validating unclean criteria / small throw (look at 2:23) and 6 sec. Dance Steps, and counting some double catches even though the apparatus are not caught in a very rapid succession (1 sec.), for example at 1:53, and not caring about static apparatus (obvious example at 4:03 with the gymnast in the far right), but overall the majority of the work was quite clean, so the theoretical D is not that far from reality.

I think the ED at 5:17 is 0,8, you missed “on floor” criteria for gymnasts who caught the club

love the music they chose for the 5 balls routine.😍 However, I strongly hope that they'll put some limitations for Collaborations in succession cause everything has gotten quite messy in terms of D3 judging I'd say... 🤯 great video, thank you ❤️

D3-D4 is going to be something for sure (all those double catches I noticed only after a second watch)

Judging a routine from a single execution is difficult, infact in 3+2 Clematis you missed something that they themselves didn't perform. Despite this, the difficulty score is already very high. Considering some more criterias and the future changes that we know are very frequent in Maccarani's strategy, Italy could be the team with the highest scores of all (if they'll be scored fairly). And this makes me very proud, because not only Italy has shown itself ready and competitive, but has created a routine that strikes your soul. An exercise that deserves applauses from all over the world and, hopefully, an Olympic medal. This masterpiece is inspired by the show ''Tree Of Life'' by Marco Balich with the musics of Roberto Cacciapaglia, and if you'll see both the show and this routine one after the other you'll feel different emotions that it'll be difficult explaining. And this is the beautiful Italian work. Your musical adaptation, Clematis, is not very correct. I had the pleasure of seeing this exercise live several times and the rhythm is exactly the one performed in Folgaria. Maybe the absence of an accent at the moment of the explosion at 4:31 perplexed you, but the older ones will know that Maccarani has repeatedly proposed this method (which I call the Janacci method, but probably has a more suitable name in music) of going out of time purposely (go see the 5 hoops by 2009 to understand). This is solution that at first may be annoying, but looked at the whole makes the difference. Anyway, thank you Clematis for the great job you do without the right recompense!

Hello! We will obviously see addition of difficulty and I can't wait to observe them. For 4:31 I totally understand what you mean, I know this use of the music, it gives a nice sens of waiting and sort of extend the intensity of the climax. I just wasn't really sure, give that I add only one version with audio, and in fact ended wrong. Thank you very much for correcting me and confirming the original intent.

The CRRR (last colaboration) in mixed exercise, really has all that catch criteria?
@ClematisRGVideos4 жыл бұрын
Yes, I think, I will try to explain it: two gymnast to observe 1- the one passing through the circle: she's throwing a club and a hoop, she's throwing the clubs behind her, to the right back. (0.3 point) And then, she's passing through the hoop, while no gymnast hold it (normally) and that a CRRR (0.5) 2- the gymnast in the front right: she's catching a hoop without hands and visual control and then a clubs. This is a double catch if she catches the hoop and then the clubs with max 1 second between the 2 catches. That's 0.4 point.
