He's never built a bridge before. Does he have some special relationship with the Sicilian Mafia that would suddenly change their minds to allow the bridge? He failed miserably with Twitter, so what makes you think he can build a very long and complicated bridge in Europe (whom doesn't like him very much by the way), when the majority of Sicilians don't even want one? Maybe if he offered to pay for it all himself AND hire someone else to build it, that's the only possibility that I can see where "Elon can do it!!", in my opinion.
