Salam sir,,my pre enrollment summary has forwarded to Karachi counselate ,now when I apply for Visa? Is IELTS not mandatory ? As I have English proficiency certificate,can I show this certificate as a proof of English in place of IELTS to embassy?

If your degree was taught in english then you need to collect a letter/certificate from your college saying it was taught in english. Its either Ielts or from your college proving it was taught in english.

Thank you Saurabh for the comment, But I have contacted both Embassy (Uni italia) and VFS global office for this. They said that the 2023 checklist has not come yet. This is from the old 2022 checklist only.

As i have my appointment on 25th of april in vfs visa office. I am already running late , it is urgent for me to be there in italy to work on project onsite , so far work were being done remotely. I think at least 12laks of balance show shown on your sponsor's account if not then you need to apply for the study loan.
