Good afternoon ! I love this villa too, it is beautiful in winter. You and Pierre look very good together on camera 👍🏻☺️. When I was somewhere in European cities, especially before the Covid period, everything was always spontaneous, without a plan. It all depended on my mood. I am always amazed by this method of planning and discipline. I understand that now it is impossible to get into many places or restaurants without an appointment.. But what if you feel worse or want to go to another place, but already have a paid reservation purchased a month ago? 😁No, for me personally, it’s a little boring, routine. Thank you for the wonderful video. As for the idea - traveling with children is great. I've been to Rome with children 👌🏼♥️

I would recommend booking everything in advance, including restaurants. And of course double check the websites of the sights you want to see to make sure everything will be open. I would not expect crazy changes, but advance preparation is the key.

I have heard some conflicting information about the museum making you leave after you have seen the Sistine chapel. My tickets are for 8am and I was hoping to skip everything go straight to the Sistine chapel (and view the museums more slowly afterwards) but I am concerned that there will be some way they will force us to leave after we have seen the chapel. Have you ever experienced being forced to leave? Is there a way that I can walk through the museums twice?

We have almost everything booked for the whole trip, but we are still trying to figure out a wine/food tour in Rome, and there are sooo many temping options. It looks like the most popular tours are in Trastevere, including the tour your company hosts. Is Trastevere truly the best foodie area of Rome for authentic cuisine? Or is this a tourist trap area?

Trastevere is one of the best areas for traditional Roman food in the center of Rome. Of course, just like in any area of Rome city center you will find tons of tourist traps. But if you know where to go, you will enjoy some of the best local food there. Another great food area is Testaccio, it's a bit outside of the city center, but it's definitely worth it, especially if you have more time in Rome.
