We really don't mind the rain. Usually doesn't last too long and the sun isn't too far away in reuturning.

That is true. I often say you can be in your swimwear, then the heaviest of heavy rain for 4 hours, then back to sunbathing in swimwear immediately afterwards. @@OurUnspoiledItaly I think I meant to thank you for including rain as others seem to hide it in their vlogs and you made a lovely relaxing positive video about rain

The food looked delicious, as always. The spaghetti with the red crumble sauce (not sure how to describe it) what is that called? Also, would love to know the names of the foods you order in future episodes... I did recognize the tartufo, as it is one of my favorite desserts😊 🍨...loved the rain btw, ciao👋

This is my favorite dish, Pennette al Salmone. Usually it's pasta with vodka and salmon. There are not many places where we can eat it. My favorite Tagliatelle al Salmone were in La Playa restaurant. We are very sad that Scalea lost that great place.

How much did the snack cost from the vending machine?

The snacks cost 1-2 euro. There is actually also a burger machine, which, in a couple of minutes, prepare a hot hamburpger for only 3.50. It's a very popular place, especially at night.

On the thumbnail is Lido Da Pietro. We went there for the aperitivo. The restaurant in the beginning of the video is L'Ancora on lungomare.
