Thank you, itchy boots, for showing Iraq in a positive light. Many foreigners think that the war is still ongoing in Iraq, but in reality the war ended in 2017 and Iraq is in a state of continuous development. Iraq is a multi-religious country and has many Yazidis, Christians and Muslims. I agree with you, checkpoints are annoying for foreigners. But the government is working to reduce checkpoints and tourism in Iraq increased in 2023. Thank you. I hope you have a successful trip. 🇮🇶❤

But they also say that I would be treated different than a local woman. As a local I wouldn't be allowed to attend gatherings, drive around like that and so on 😔 At least Iran is on my bucket list (recommended by my friend) but right now I am quite tired of all countries with regular check points. Bagdad is a clash of modern day amenities and old world ways. It struck me that Bagdad suffers smog/air quality issues. It was most apparent while being on the Ferris Wheel. Noraly is the anomaly that brings out the best in people. As an American male, I had once wanted to travel the Middle East on moto and see the great wonders of religious history all around the Mediterranean. Today, at 70years, I get to do this with Noraly, no better tour guide. She takes the uncommon road and seeks places I as an American male could never travel to. For this, I'm a fan of her travels and wish the best of all outcomes.

I am from Iran, and this is absolutely incredible to see Noraly freely walking in Baghdad’s streets without a “Hijab” but yet has to wear a Hijab when she’s in Iran, we are not even “Arab” and The religion of Islam was shoved into our throats by Arabs 1400 years ago and now we seem more serious about Islamic rules than Arabs themselves, this is absolutely so unfair to Iranian women.

Iranian women in general are so very beautiful! Such a pity you have to hide yourself behind a hijab. Hope that time will eventually change for the better… Cheers and best wishes from Sweden

So much culture, so much tradition, such an old nation that has been through so much and still persevering. Buildings that are hundreds of years older than the oldest graveyards in North America. Thank you Noraly for sharing your travels with us. Can't wait for your book to get here.

Baghdad ! It’s so easy to forget that with all the political/religious fighting going on right now that cultures and populations are just going about their daily lives. Your videos always show things from a COMPLETELY CENTRAL viewpoint. Well done AGAIN, Noraly. Baghdad would not be on my travel destinations but these various views indicate differences, most people are just trying to live their best lives based on their culture. Brave woman you are…❤❤❤Rick

Noraly such an impressive scene selection in showing us Baghdad. Nice to see Aya and big thumbs up Aya for guiding Noraly. Love the handmade craftsmanship of those items. Very Interesting they have same challenges as US with Chinese imports. Very wise decision to not do a temporary fix on the wiring. Not necessary to risk a mistake or the time involved to deal with it. Final goodbye to Mohammed the legend. Ride Safe. Peace! ❤❤❤

Wonderful contently so wonderfully done . . . so important to remember that all of the destructive wars throughout this region are waged by religious zealots and NOT the good people of Irag - just like the good people one can meet around the world who would chose to live in peace, just a you do, Noraly!
