Hey guys if you do any ordering online at Walmart and pick it up make sure you put no substitute for your items they shop for or they will substitute it for you ok. Happy Holidays from Omaha, Nebraska: I shopped at our Aldi's and I found (Artisanal Dinner Rolls 12/ct for $2.69). These dinner rolls were so good. They are just like Sara Lee (Artsano Dinner Rolls). Aldi's package size is smaller but you can buy two packages and still come out cheaper if you purchase rolls at Walmart and other grocery stores.

I have the peppermints balls hubby got them at Walmart a while ago and I still have some, last week I bought chocolate covered cherries too O man they are sweet for some reason, It will take me the whole year to polish them off lol. I bought the Germany cookies once I didn't care for them thanks Danno that was interesting .

Aldi bought out the Winn Dixie stores down here where I'm from. We live in a very small town. Aldi closed the Winn Dixie, and an Aldi store itself will open this Spring. I'm excited, because it appears that Aldi has some great products, some even less expensive than Walmart.

I went to Aldi this week. Nothing cheap at all and one package of "vacuum sealed" chicken thighs from South Carolina leaked all over me before I got to the register. Manager helped and told me to bring back anything with any problems. The Wagyu beef advertised for $4.99/lb seemed to be very white (mostly fat) and was not labelled for contwnt of beef or fat😮

I think that ALDI puts "new" on an item if its seasonal. If it hasn't been sold for a few months...and even if they have sold it before...they use that "new" on the product.

I just got back from Kroger not impressed with the sales... Publix sales this week are awful. Thanksgiving week they had good sales and I should have grabbed it. Back to Kroger I eat a lot of turkey bacon and I was going to pick some up but I looked at the price and it was on sale and I still didn't like the sale price I can get it cheaper at Aldi's So it looks like I'll be heading over there tomorrow. I also went to Tractor Supply Store and Petco looking for sales on pet food I didn't find any at Petco disappointed. They didn't even have the cat food that I buy the town next to mine. I might have to continue my shopping online because the Christmas shopping traffic is ridiculous.
