Extended Aftermath cus we need it: The new wife cling to the ex husband as she didn't want to be abandon, but he told her that he didn't marry her to become a fattie who wouldn't bear children. This crushed her ego and she went crying to her parents, but her parents were so disgusted with her that they not only help in her divorce, but they sent her off to a discreet location where she would go under extreme dieting and treatments to cure her newfound gluttony, while also working her butt off to pay alimony for the abuse for her eating disorder. The ex husband didn't get a lot of alimony because even though she cause them a lot of problems, she claimed she got fat cus she tried to get pregnant and she thinks he's defective. The ex husband got tested and found out he got no seeds at all. This devastated his mom so much she nearly develop dementia, so in the next meeting they demanded the ex husband put them in a luxury care facility or they will disown him for being defective. Not wanting his parents to leave him, he is now paying his alimony payments from his second wife to pay for their care, while being incapable of caring for himself. Nobody wanted to marry him

She wouldn’t be able to sue now, statute of limitations on something like that is usually 2-4 yrs depending on the state, plus since they were married at the time the fact she didn’t bring it up in the divorce would be a issue for her. Plus she wouldn’t be able to get 20% of his pay

I don’t think it’s fair to use a lack of pregnancy to ask for a divorce, but if that’s going to be your reason, at the very least, give it enough time to happen! At least the people who have waited 3 to 5 years have given it some time for it to happen. Expecting a pregnancy within a year is ridiculous from both a personality and a biological standpoint. Not to mention, if you’re that impatient to knock somebody up, maybe you shouldn’t be having kids in the first place!
