Hi, very helpful video thank you! At 3:43 of the video you go to create: APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE I do not Have that option (I only have the option to create: 1- event, 2- task), why is it not in my Options? What I want, is to create is a calendar where all my performers go in and add their NON-AVAILABLE SLOTS so we can create a mutual Rehearsals Schedule. How to change the calendar of an appointment schedule I created. Let's say from calander A to calander B (in the same account) I have my personal (1st top) calander and below it I have my work calander. I can't create appointment schedules from my work calander. It automatically gets created in personal calander. There is no way to change the calendar of that appointment. Please help.

Hi, very helpful video, but I am having trouble with my "other calendar" events marking off my main calendar as busy, so when I have an individual on my team goes to set up a meeting with me, its not displaying as I am busy due to an event on my integrated calendar. How can I fix this?

What do you mean by integrated calendar? Synchronising to a third-party service or is this a secondary calendar under your account? A secondary calendar shouldn’t make a primary calendar appear busy, could there be an all day event that has marked you as busy somehow? my issue is I have my google work cal and my personal cal. I gave permission to each account for me to see each cal but what I want is for my work teams to see my personal cal and work call sync as well w/o me having to type the same blocked space 2x . It cannot figure it out.
