hi may i know the meaning of "this settings is currently not available in your account type" does it still saves our activity but we cannot see?

I joined an organisation that are using google workspace and microsoft 365, one drive, plus using gmail and a gmail team calendar in Microsift so its soo confusing, time waster, and cant use all the features for either one. Seeing the main email is gmail im going to try to migrate my main usage to google workspace now. Im hioing that will help
