A rapper is suing me for exposing his scam

I don't think Phora is TRYING to scam everyone, I just think he's irresponsible and doesn't care enough to fix the situation. Whether or not intentional, it's still a scam. Passive scam if you will. Now he's trying to cover up instead of actually just taking accountability.

Since covering this I've received further information that backs up my claims. However when it comes to Phora I don’t think he set out to scam, it just happened due to irresponsibility. I was interested, I gave them my track & information & then I got fake plays on it. At the time, I didn't know about the ring of phishing promotion, so I cluelessly took the offer. I ended up taking the track down because I felt ashamed & embarrassed for myself.

The fact that Phora is trying to SUE you for stating complete utter facts shows that’s he’s trying to avoid getting caught and taking responsibility for his lack of ownership. You have screenshots, and many testimonies (including a few from myself) about how they never got the items from which they purchased! And even all the reviews on the BBB website state so! The company wouldn’t even communicate with the BBB. He’s been doing this for years, it’s time that he finally gets exposed for the cheapskate that he is and shut the hell down! I’m with you all the way, thank you for trying to shed light on this situation! As a paralegal, that cease and desist “letter” is the worst legal document I’ve ever seen prepared lmao. It almost looks fake and this isn’t from, or created by an attorney. There’s no way. I’ve still got all of the emails and everything, First it was like 400$ and when I got the store credit 6 months later I said whatever and used it and paid an extra 200$ on top for extra stuff just to not receive that product as well. I have multiple emails asking for a refund and them never sending me one back. I even emailed them after they posted on their instagram account for them saying they would resolve just for them still not to resolve anything . I forgot about it the first time I ordered and than honestly forgot about it the second time until I seen him gambling on a instagram story in Vegas. I was a fan of Phora since 2013. I made the mistake of spending almost $200 on his merch because I truly supported him… but I never got my stuff. I contacted “customer service,” and they kept saying, “we’re still working on sending out past order.” Mind you, I ordered on Sept. 2019 and Dec. came around and no package!! I still have the messages. 😒 I stopped supporting him ever since.
