As someone who has been a fan of phora since 2012 I'm so disappointed because he's brought up people calling out his scams and he'd make excuses so I kinda just went with it thinking it wasn't true till recently. Me personally I've never had a problem ordering merch but I knew two friends who did. It sucks because he had us believing his excuses. He's obviously in the wrong but I will say that last year he did have hundreds of orders stolen by one employee who was reselling his stolen merch, he addressed this on a live and an Instagram story and I'm not saying to only blame that guy because it's definitely Phora's fault too.

I’m so devastated and just wonder how legit this is since I’ve been such a huge fan, and really believed and listened to him and cared about his story and so many of his fans did too. The fact that he was dealing with issues as far as paranoia and almost died and trust issues and shared all of his experiences and himself to his fans as his truth and now it comes out as him being a fake and a lie he must be a fantastic actor and deserves a Grammy. I'm someone who always got my merchandise from them. Their customer services teams were exactly like u mentioned them. Lazy and robotic nothing more. I think around 2017, maybe 18 was the peak for the merchandise everything after was straight crappy designs and outdated merchandise. When I first got my merchandise back in 2017/18 I instantly was able to tell it was low quality screen printed stuff.. sweaters were kinds worth the purchase. I think once the brand started to get bigger with the merchandise and the fans after 2018 everything changed and felt like different. I also looked into that others apparently got scammed especially those out of state. Over the years I felt the designs and merchandise really degraded in value and quality.

I love Phora. I had zero issues w/ getting my merch neither of the 3 times I ordered & the quality was never an issue either. There was an issue where ppl apart of his production team stole his clothing and started illegally selling under his brand name. He had to stop all production and start completely over, which I don’t ever think he was able to start back up. They really fucked his brand up by doing this. Understand that it’s his name & face on the brand, but even at that there is only so much you can do in a situation like that. Especially when you have THOUSANDS of ppl ordering your shit.
