I have an introduction to itil4 gained by just skimming through the book and now watching these series of speeches. I find this being of very good quality indeed. The teacher is very precise and clear in his explanations and provide with a fair amount of good examples that help to thoroughly understand and fix the concepts. Congratulations!

Owch! "If your not into cars, the same applies to Gucci dresses." After working in academia I winced! ;-)

In my understanding, he was starting with an example with cars. If you like a Ferrari, and are not only able to afford it, you need to buy a Renault, you need to adjust your expectations. And if you are not into cars, the same example can be used for dresses.
