Ingredients:
How to make Easy Kadala Curry
Chickpea (black kadala) - 1 Cup
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt ( according to taste )
Water- 1 Cup
Big onion - 1 nos
Small onion - 6 - 10 nos
Coconut oil - 1 1/2 tbs
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Dry red chillies - 4 nos
Curry Leaves
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 11/2 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 to 3/4 tsp
Coconut milk - 1 Cup
Coriander leaves

Mam ...my mother used to cook in the same way.......she used to add thengakothu before small onion and make it brownncolor.....so I also do in the same way............ but no never tried coriander leaves ...defenitely I will try....and my mother is no more now.........she left us before three years.
