I deleted most of my social media years ago and it was honestly one of the most beneficial things I could have done for my mental health. I applaud you guys for sticking through it because like you said, social media is a big part of your job, so you can’t escape it as easily. I believe that in the grand scheme of everything, the only thing that will matter is that you’ve lived your best life and were the best version of you, you could be. The money, the cars, the clothes. None of that matters. Just be kind. Have fun. Make mistakes and learn from them. We’re only here for a limited time, so try your best to enjoy the ride. 💞💞

29:25 ricky ik exactly what ur talking about because i do it too sometimes, i think its healthy because it shows how everyone has problems and no one's perfect. like if you're really pretty, you always have people trying to use you. there's always gonna be a downside to everything. Just like a kid might have rich parents and gets whatever they want, but they won't ever experience having to work for something and have that feeling of success of their own. idk how to describe it but it basically just levels out everyone and reminds you that everyone is human and anyone can look great on the outside but be feel horrible on the inside, so when you compare yourself to them you know they're human just like you and to feel good about yourself and to be grateful.
