Jesus (in Matthew 10:28) was talking about the difference between the first death (Hebrews 9:27) and the second death in Revelation 20:6, 14. If men kill you (first death), everyone can expect a resurrection - the question is what kind? “Do not marvel at this; for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voice and come forth-those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of condemnation.” John 5:28-29 “And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, some to shame and everlasting contempt.” Daniel 12:2 That second resurrection of “condemnation” and “shame”, according to Revelation 20, is followed by the second death. This is where both body and soul are destroyed as Jesus said, meaning there’s no resurrection or coming back - it’s permanent. But if the soul is destroyed, then we know God won’t be torturing and roasting people in hell for eternity. He is merciful and just. It’s pretty simple: if you reject the Source of all life, there is no life, at all.

Thank you for your commentary and review of the scriptures. It is mentioned in your video that man will reign with God up in Heaven for 1000 years. From my understanding the saints who meet Him in the air will fight against the nations (Zechariah 14:1-21) and are coming back down to rule with Jesus for 1000 years here on the earth which is considered the 1st Heaven, in the land of Jerusalem or New Jerusalem as stated in the scriptures. God will Dwell with Man on earth and Rule in Jerusalem for 1000 years here on the earth, and other nations will have to come up to Jerusalem to serve God during the Feast days: Also, scriptures states that No man has ascended to Heaven where the Father and Son and the Holy Angels reside. This Heaven is considered the 3rd Heaven. It’s just my humble understanding that the main purpose of Jesus’ 1,000-year reign is to fulfill the prophecies given to Israel and the promises made to Jesus, the nations, and the whole earth. He promised He would bless The Children of Israel (Deut 30) and restore the world in specific ways, and I truly believe He will. I believe the commandments were written on the very stone from the throne of God. It is the only part of the Bible that God, Himself, wrote with His finger. It signifies how important the commandments are that God did not allow man to write it through His Spirit.

I hate to say it but the very people who are arguing over whether the stone the Commandments were written on with sapphire blue or regular storm are also the same people that are ignoring the more important aspects of this like God wrote it with his own hand...... that tells me several things about the Commandments number one that he was very specific about what he was writing but he did it meeting their perfect that also tells me they're very important to him.... meaning we are to keep them and not just throw them to the wind or let some church interpret them the way they interpret them we are to obey them the way God wanted them and understand them the way God wanted them...... instead of arguing whether it was blue stone..... One thing we do know is that in the tsits tsits on the garments he told them to weave a blue string in there and that was to remind us of God's law and his Commandments and to keep them so whether the tablets were blue or not doesn't matter as much as just simply remembering them and remembering them the way he has asked us to remember them!!!!!!

Well gentlemen, you're getting closer but haven't quite yet arrived. Instead of trying to find out what the Greek and Hebrew says, try looking up "soul" in an English dictionary. Also, Matthew 10:28 clearly says that only God can destroy the "soul" in hell. In English, that means that the soul of a Christian martyr burned at the stake didn't die because there is no hell fire yet. Here's another passage for you to ponder. "And it came to pass, when she was in hard labour, that the midwife said unto her, Fear not; thou shalt have this son also. And it came to pass, as her soul was in departing, (for she died) that she called his name Ben-oni: but his father called him Benjamin." Genesis 35:17-18.

Soul = the mind, will, and emotions. You must do a clear and full Word study on the word soul. Where does satan attack us most? In our thinking and emotions and choices; i.e. will. To brush over the reality of "what is the soul" throws off all scriptures pertaining to every facet and aspect of the soul and derails holy interpretation. While I have enjoyed much of the teachings on this channel, I do not agree with this q&a on the soul. People, dig in the Word for yourself.
