Man, the original book and the revised edition are so different. Revised is much more forgiving for psychics. MES, Metadimensional Extroversion Syndrome, no longer causes the tumors and whatnot, but can... well, just read the book, there’s a (legal) free PDF version.

Nooo, you had the oninsan rebels to help you! Why would you try somewhere else, they already said they would!!! And keep the AI, you essentially have an inbuilt cyberwarfare suite! You can just turn off people's oxygen through their com systems.
