I can relate, bro. It took us more than 4 years to finally buy a townhouse in Richmond. We went through many failed bidding wars. Even though we were qualified, ready and well prepared, it was still tough competing with other buyers in the area. We weren’t selling our current place to move into a townhouse either. Just keep trying-by God’s grace, we managed to stay here in Richmond.

We sold our house before it only took a couple of wks that was like 4yrs ago..I feel like single detached house/townhomes are more faster to sell than condo or apartment esp if the unit is older

2 weeks is quite fast! Good for you 👍 I think most people are more cautious now with making big purchases because of the uncertainties sa economy and political situation. Pero napansin ko rin medyo mas slow moving and condos vs townhomes.

First house namin posted Monday, may viewing na same day, offer that night and we accepted na the following day. Nag panic kami kasi yung offer namin sa isang house na decline and iba inaccept kasi subject to the sale of our house so wala kami lilipatan. We made an offer on one na akala namin di ibibigay kasi malaki diff sa price na pwede kami ma-approve pero by some miracle, tinanggap offer namin. That's our current house and we moved in within a month.

Yes mahal na ang Surrey taga Surrey ako. 2021 nung naghahanap kami 1.3million town house s guildford area. 3 beds un ang liliit pa ng rooms.
