IMPORTANT Please clarify and advise the following: I found that an intimation order had been issued for FY 2024-25, wherein an additional demand of Rs 190 had been raised. I clicked the link provided on the portal of Income Tax SMS proceeded to make payment. While I was just scrutinizing whether the demanded amount was to be paid under minor/major 400 head or 300, my laptop battery got exhausted and system closed. Now on reopening, the link to make additional payment has simoly disappeared. What to do and how to pay additional demand raised by ITD. Please quide.

However, I received an intimation under Section 143(1) indicating a refund amount of ₹9,770, whereas I expected a refund of ₹92,332. Madam, This year probably Computer Glitch - for many taxpayers proper reading of TDS amount mentioned in 26AS was not done by the CPU Bangalore. As a result unnecessary Demand Notices issued. In 26AS the full TDS is mentioned but Demand Notices have been issued on reading/noteing much lower TDS amounts in 26AS. Pls make a video in this matter.

My mother ITR 2 has got processd.. After 90 days... She had paid rs 1.77 lac as advance tax... Out which her tax was 28 k... Was supposed to get refund 1.49lac...but IT department giving only 1.26 as refund including 3000 as interst..deducting rs. 25000 for section 87a.... I cant wait any more hence im o. K with that also.... But refund sequence no:0..... I received this ITR process mail on 25th Sept at around 5:30 p. m Some tecnical fault in IT portal....

Hello Madam Good Evening I am mutual fund Distributor from Uttar Pradesh ,in 2017 I have taken GST number as it was mandatory at that time. After few months,my CA advice me to file Nil return ,as my annual income was below 20 lakhs (Notification No. 10/2017) I told my CA to cancel the GST registration but that time cancellation process was not started,so I have to wait till cancellation process start. After one year(approx) my GST was cancelled. In this entire period I have filed nil returns ,but I have read that if anybody takes GST number than he will have to pay GST from Rs 1. Madam my annual commission is still less than 20 lakh (from all source such as MF comission + Insurance comission+ FD interest etc) Madam I am confused about this ,will I have to pay GST and penalty for above nil file returns,please clarify me.
